Honestly though, you probably don’t even need to have an income and just be self sufficient. Have your own well water, your own underground sewer, plant your own food, have solar panels for power

He had to drive the short distance to get a burger because you put highway segments on the roundabout, and those have no sidewalks. A simple pedestrian path drawn around the outside of the roundabout on each side would allow him to walk anywhere in the city.

That portion of text is out of context and cut off mid sentence which is why google didn't translate it. "Tempor" is "time" "Nec" is "nor" "Feugiat" is "fleeing"(same root as fugative) "Nisl" is the negative version of "let"(so think "do not let"). In the full version taken from the same text Lorem Ipsum is taken it's effectively "In the future let not people leaving nor bad prices happen if Rome is to grow vast" Or basically "If Rome is to grow we can't go having people leaving or priced out of being able to afford to live".

A well for water. A septic tank for sewage. A generator for power. I'd assume the other city services to a one-person town would be provided by a nearby, "real" town. Could maybe try to replicate that kind of in CS2 with districts?

Your videos have given me much insight in how to make CS2 more enjoyable. TY. I do however would like some of your input. I have an asset Large Apartment Complex. I can select it, but once I try and place it by a road, it will not let me put it where I want, it says distance too short. I am thinking about making a city of apartment complexes, but cant until I can place where I want one to be placed. Any thoughts about why I can not place the apartment complex anywhere there is a street or road?

I could hear the power plant but only barely. I hope you or the editor don't mind some constructive criticism: The music should have cut out when you said does anyone hear that? Then the music comes back until you mention the sound again then the music cuts out again. Both music cuts would have the sound that you were hearing from the power plant be the only sound heard. I know y'all are busy, I was just trying to help, please don't take any of this as destructive criticism or anything like that. I just want to help.
