Lamper ayam is made from sticky rice cooked in coconut milk. Wrapped inside is shredded chicken or fish mixed with grated coconut & some spices. Wrap it with banana leaf & grill.
Sate Ayam Madura is really delicious Street Food! Enak! I am always eating when visit indonesia. My last visit was 2 weeks ago to surabaya and I am already missing this food again. In Surabaya you can also find very much good Sate and much another great food. 20k is also a normal Price for one Portion. My favourite chicken dishes after this are Ayam Penyet Pedas or Ayam Betutu. Really good video.

Actually not far from that money changer place (Eka Valas store no 155) there is another money changer called Garuda Multi Valasindo (store no 148-150) and that store has the best exchange rate as far as i know plus they are the busiest in that mall (Gedung Chandra Glodok), not sure why you failed to notice that shop which is still in the same building
