I can’t recommend the Mossberg 500 20 Gauge. Jam (not related to dropping the gun) 

I had a similar problem with a brand new 20 gauge. I could not get the gun off of safety. Only 5 rounds had been fired through the gun.

This issue only happens when I use 3 inch shells

Any recommended repairs... Is yours still doing this ..??
