I need to mention that its not only USA that have send alooot of money and military material to Ukraine,here in our small country Denmark we have send alot of help like money and military material aswell not to mention Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Japan,In general alooot of countries are helping Ukraine, maybe too slow sometimes, you guys just make it sounds like Ukraine dont get much help, but trust me they do, because they need it and we stand in solidarity with Ukraine to fight against invaders/dictator Putin. Very cool video, Johnny. Great Ukrainian brothers who hosted you. Good work. Serious question that just occurred to me: How do people in Ukraine react to Asians? And one who is also an American? We're both from Bay Area, California, which is probably the most ethnically diverse place on earth. We've grown up with and embrace multiculturalism and even the old American dream of the "melting pot", but I've been to Russia and they are outright racists. Is Ukraine different? Seriously.

Yes, private foundations can do things much faster because of less bureaucracy. While politicians are holding their round tables, these guys are bringing what is needed, and most importantly, on time.

So glad you had the chance to test drive a Humvee. I had my military driver's license for that vehicle back in the late 80s. The independent suspension allows them to ride like a Cadillac out in the field. I've noticed the Ukrainians love those vehicles. They just don't offer much armor protection and that's the main reason they stopped making them. The IEDs in the Iraq war changed what's needed for better armor protection.

Yo, if someone donated 10k and spent the night with them, make sure they are vetted, because that would be an easy in for a spy/Russian to gain easy access to their location/equipment… Just sayin.

the HMMWV or "HumVee" stands for High Mobility Multi-Wheel Vehicle. What we need to get there are some MRAPS and MATV. My state guard unit trains the army and army guard in using the weapons systems on these. In fact Ive got some Joes at Ft Irwin, CA and Camp Pendleton CA for summer active training. While looking at these and the counter drone systems I pray that Trump does not get elected and we doubledown and send Ukraine these vehicles. I doubt you remember me. I was on "K" street (keeping your apartment on the DL..) near your place, and you and Nick were walking to see a movie and I saw you two and you took a quick photo with me. Wrote you recently about going to the outdoor seating area of that restaurant on Andrevski descent and thanking you for the recommendation. anyway...Thanks again for another great video, further highlighting Ukraine in the eyes of the world. -Eric

Wonder if with those seats the backseat is a little more comfortable, that shin cross bar was never comfortable to experience. Front passenger was the best seat but I got to drive them a lot. Will go over 60 mph but feels like entering earth's atmosphere.

i love those mad max mods, cybertruck influenced that one i bet... am a sucker for automotive anyways. i recommend to procastinate on used cars that have similaritys or share parts with military vehicles or could potentially cover current needs of any kind. then just imagine everything in tan brown and give creativity a spill where this could fit. maybe just food delivery. it's a brain game. let me throw in cause i played. there are cheap offers with a rusty cabin but a good ladder frame. gets cut off anyways. think of a suzuki jimny tank hunter, carrying a javelin with a couple of reloads. it's easy to hide, great and quick offroader. pajero and so on might be a good base if concidering the frame and drivetrain as the parts to build a light armored vehicle on. sprinter 4x4, former community service vehicles. or something that has a sophisticated 4wd like 1st gen mercedes SUV. available for a thousand bugs rusty and with bad interior, vast parts resource on scrapyards. oh, and one can get a lift kit for audi quattro relatively cheap. btw i dont think russia is sending empty missiles as decoy, if they can carry a warhead, then why not putting a warhead on the decoy as well. they don't know wich one gets shot down and wich one doesn't. crude logics win here. it's more plausible that they are running short on explosives and spread that as explanaition on telegram. hence the oil refinerys, a resource of chemicals needed to make explosives.
