I don't like Aurora, I f'ing love Aurora, as you jokingly said, she is "everything" good in the art of music. Perhaps the word you were searching for to describe her music videos is artistic. Anyway, she has very artistic and also thought provoking music videos. You should check out Apple Tree, Animal, The Seed, Queendom for some more dancing and artistic videos. She puts the art in ARTist. Thanks for coming back to my all time favorite multi talented artist.

Great reaction! This is one of her most fun songs and videos, even though the song was inspired by something very negative (conversion therapy). She took dance classes for 10 years, so she can definitely dance, and I believe she does all her own choreography. She posted a lesson on social media teaching people how to do the dance in the chorus. Oh, and she also hand painted all the masks in the video, so yeah, she's very artistic. If you want to see more choreographed dancing, as well as a super cool video, "Apple Tree" is your jam! It's still another side of Aurora that you haven't seen yet.

Im gonna say it. Aurora is a rabbit hole just as deep, exciting, scary, beautiful, and inspiring as Ren. She is a spirit the world needs right now. Keep exploring her realm and youll never be disappoited.

I love Aurora. She, along with Ren are my favorite contemporary artists. Love to see them collaborate some day. Anyway, you should check out her KEXP concert in Iceland airways. MV Winter Bird, Aurora had the artistic idea and MIT had to invent the soft wear, it is a behind the scene video about it. MV Exist for love I bet you you will swoon and gasp! The audio is the demo, the 1th time ever she sang the whole, she wanted the honesty of the imperfections and used it as studio version MV The River - she wrote the song upon learning that 73% of suicides are men. Under The Water Live Vevo Halloween just to remind you that nobody puts Aurora in a box, least of all herself.

I'm newish to her. Found her 8 months or so ago, loved every song so far. I just couldn't put down Ren for that long to keep listening to any other artist.

Aurora is a trained dancer, and she has many music videos (and even some live performances) with choreography and dancing. A few of my favorites are "Queendom" which has beautiful choreography, "Forgotten Love" (hos Lindmo version, which is live and choreographed), and of course, the entire KEXP Iceland mini concert (free range Aurora dancing). She dances her heart out.

You have to see her live KEXP performance. She is ALL IN! So many incredible songs in that one: Gentle Earthquake, Churchyard, A Different Kind of Human. If you want to see her power and a brilliant video, check The Seed. A song about empowerment and inclusion and great dancing - check out Queendom. The River video is AMAZING... All her lyrics are brilliant and her otherworldly voice only adds to the magic. Honestly you can't go wrong with any of her music.

I concur with the many people who will innevitably tell you that you *_must_* react to the _entire_ Nidarosdomen concert. Especially since you're a videographer. Not only is it one of the most stunning concerts I've ever witnessed....it honestly kinda changed my entire outlook on life for a good 2 years. But it's also visually and aesthetically....perfect. The entire production is a master class in how to film a concert.

She’s also done some live covers you might enjoy. The studio (NRK) gets her in for a performance, then they have her pick a song off a list and give her an hour to write her own version. If you want to see her composition skills, that’s a great way to do it. She’s done Ariana Grande’s God is a Woman, Boney M’s Rasputin, David Bowie’s Life on Mars... others I’m sure, but those are my favorites.

You do Aurora reactions justice. If you really want to see what she's about, i would suggest watching the Halk Full Version with subtitles. It's a little over an hour, but trust me when I tell you this will help you really see her, hear her sing multiple amazing live performances (in smaller more personalized gatherings) and most importantly feel the energy that that just pours out of her so effortlessly. You could break it out in multiple reactions. Warrior live at Halk is my absolute favorite of every single Aurora video there is. ✨️

The only thing that Aurora was train in is DANCE, she never study music, song writing, singning but she trained over 10 year in dance. In this video she ''exagereted '' her facial expression and moving 'tic' to show to the hather that she realy don't care about what they think and say. This song is deeply related to the queer communauty and she wanted to proteste againes conversion therapy. Their is so much more in this video... good reaction.

man u gotta check out the seed from her haik concert its absolutely amazing but u gotta get it from the haik video itself on youtube so u get the full quality. Her lyrics are always open to personal interpretation but I understand that this song started out as a protest against the so called "cure" for homosexuality. She is always best live as she is in the moment. Personally, I remember her stream of consciousness comments between the songs. She thinks differently to us mortals.

What an excellent surprise waiting for me when I got home! I'm glad you liked this one - I thought it might be your jam. Aurora doesn't tend to write songs about herself specifically - they tend to be a little more conceptual. She wrote this one specifically in response to learning that conversion therapy was still legal in some countries (including Norway, I think?). More generally, it's about not letting people tell you that there's something wrong with you just because you're different. For a next video, you could probably throw on any Aurora music video or performance and be alright, but there are lots of good suggestions already listed here. If you're looking to focus on the music videos, I'd probably go for Queendom or the Seed next. She's got a ton of solid live performances and covers as well. The music video for Murder Song is nice, but the audio isn't much different than the live version that you saw. You might be interested in listening to the original album version, which is a lot more dancy than the acoustic version.

Here's a deep dive into the video and what's really in it in terms of meaning. Aurora said the song does not represent the album. It is quite separate, but it joins the story of the whole album. Aurora herself finds the dance quite ugly in a beautiful way. 😁 The song in general goes against institutes that offer a so-called cure for homosexuality/bisexuality. In doing so, she is directly affects the topic. And of course it should increase self-confidence and self-esteem for everyone who needs it. I think that she's also pointing the (middle)finger at her critics and against people who call others crazy or creepy or laugh at them just because they dress differently, have ticks or otherwise fall out of the norm. All movements that are otherwise involuntary with her, she makes here with full intention. Her wide open eyes, her hand movements, Shaking her head and her involuntary twitches. Everything is clearly highlighted with the camera in various separate settings. That didn't have to be so it was intentional. "I don't need a cure for me" Furthermore, Aurora is the only one without a mask. She is the one who shows her true self and does not hide. Everyone else wears one and seems to bury Aurora in the sequence in which she looks almost panicked into the camera. Which for me is an indication of bullying. She painted the masks herself and her sister made her outfit. It should also create a bridge to "Exist for love". I think the "Exist for love" reference at the very beginning (Aurora in the Crystal Ball on the Shell) had its reason. The song was also criticized. That wouldn't be Aurora and why is she singing such a song? Why only love between man and woman? And so on. The usual stupid talk. The apple is from the Garden of Eden (the forbidden fruit and sin) and Aurora likes to bite in.😁. Which brings us to the Christian faith and its views on what love between two people should look like. In addition, the apple could also be a reference to the sentence she once said in an interview. Why can't there be a wish inside an apple? Anything is possible if you believe in it. 😁 And by the way, the video is inspired by Alice in Wonderland. The dance in corus and the visual. The sound in the chorus seems to be inspired by old video games. Aurora released a mini game shortly before, which also included exactly this sound. In general, there are many special details in the video that have meaning. The black and white floor on which she dances or the glued 7 and 9 angular stars in her face and on the floor. 7-star: 7 is a divine number and stands for the 7 chakras, 7 days or 7 sacraments etc. It also symbolizes perfection and connects spirit and matter in the universe. The seven star, also known as the heptagram, contains ancient knowledge and is considered a powerful protective symbol of the natural religions. People with the number 7 have a seventh sense and are farsighted and open to everything new. Or Aurora watched too much Game of Thrones. What she actually does. Then another explanation would be possible. 😁 9-star: The 9 gives us access to our inner and higher wisdom. The number nine symbolizes the power of creation, bliss and knowledge. In Buddhism, the nine is the highest spiritual power and the associated symbol is the nine star (enneagram), which is composed of a circle and triangles. People with the number 9 are warm, intelligent, wise counselors, and good listeners. A nine-pointed star also stands for perfection All features apply to Aurora
