A person doing phone surveys has to read the script, that is what they are hired to do and what the company wants. You can't skip a sentence or even a word and the survey could be voided which costs the company money and can cost you your job. Many times the scripts are given to survey companies by other companies, or political parties to do. I didn't know a single person in the call center I was a part of who would have spent more than a minute with this guy.

that's what people usually do to hard of hearing people. As a hard of hearing person you learn not to ask people to repeat stuff and just act like you heard them. Otherwise you are going to get screamed at.

The video where you left the comment about calling the scammers pretending to be half deaf was titled by the name by petty pranks "SCAMMER WANTS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!"
