An incredibly delicious recipe for a quick breakfast, lunch or light dinner. I usually used tortilla in this recipe, but I decided to try replacing it with potatoes and eggs and I really liked it. My children are delighted with this dish. They love it with ham and cheddar cheese filling 🤤 and my husband loves it with ham, caramelized onions and gruyer cheese.
