Sorry to hear about your mother. I lost my mother when I was 19. I feel your pain. And when it comes to losing sponsors. Well then those are the sponsors you don't want or need. Because if they don't care about you getting back to 💯 then they never cared and would have dropped you or anyone else in a heart beat. Now you can find sponsors that will have your back and care about your health, they are out there.
Pavlo is an absolute beast. If you are even close to him right now, your comeback is going well. Sorry for your loss Michael. My Mom had bone cancer and I remember the helplessness I felt when she went on hospice. We always miss them, but the grief does lessen over time. Can't wait to see you back competing at the top again.

Michael you look super jacked. To me its crazy how much you changed since way back when you battled jerry caddorett. I have to say way back i was not a big fan but you gotten so cool and became so down to earth over the yrs and became super likable to fans. It is neat to see you work on the psychological side. We all rise and eventually we all hit rock bottom before we can pick our selves up again and rise higher then we have ever been before. Super neat and man you look jacked. It's insanely hard to be humble in the face of adversity! And I know you are like me in that you never want to appear as though you are using anything as an excuse. I personally take all of that sh*t and focus it on the challenge I see coming and face the things I can influence/change. It's those challenges you never saw coming that are the hardest to plan for. But in everything, there is a lesson. I see the old Monster though. It's that mental fortitude/toughness you are training now. The strength is there. It's all mental at this point! You got this!

No, she’s back in school learning more about production, videography, editing, etc. we’ve hired a videographer/ editor and she’s still on board with planning videos but too busy for all this. He’s doing a great job!
The biceptendon is a very important tendon for an armwrestler and in normal humans its not a load baring tendon. Before i started armwrestling this was one of my biggest concearns. Not tearing my distal bicep tendon. So i looked into the ways you could avoid it as much as possible and i studied it. First thing as to WHY the tendon tears in the first place is this: "the tendon gets hit with all the load 0-100 when the muscles fail to bare the load" so when the muscles cant handel the load, the tendons will, the tendons are stronger than the muscle but will strain when the muscle is not working like it should. This is because of three things: 1 Muscle tightness 2 tendon inflammation 3 nutriant defficiency. And to fix it it works like this. You NEED Magnesium Glycinate or Bisglycinate for the muscle to fully relax after a workout. If not the muscle will become shorter and shorter and tighter and tight. This is sometimes what armwrestlers want, but its like a guitar snair thats on the verge of ripping. Also electrolyte powder drinks after and during workout is crucial. Second after the workout stretching and massaging but gently dont stretch to hard just slowly work into it and increase througout the months, also training triceps just as hard as Biceps (relative) is a must. 3 give tendonistis rest and bloodfloe worrk. Higher reps low intesity. And Besides all this. Isometricts and also some dayd full range lighter bicep curls. Take Collagen supplements and make a lemon shake with half of a organic lemon. This is what i researched and it works. Hop the Monster MT is doing it too. Bicep ruptured bring anxiety. This approach should help

I’m just going to say this Michael. I watched my infant daughter be buried in 1989. Fd me up for till ‘94. Consumed more alcohol and pills to take out 50 men. Without her I wanted to be done. For me to hear you speak brings some shit back, but you got this. Find what helps you. The damage you done to your arm is small compared to a brain and heart that is broken. Let me start with that I'm certainly a fan. Rooting for your FULL return. I myself lost a grandfather on one side of the family, a man who was truly what a grandfather should be...a second father. Still grieving his loss I lost an uncle then a grandmother from the other side of the family followed shortly by another uncle. So I understand your losses and thoughts there regarding health. I'm not sure of your financial situation as far as needing to compete to pay the bills. I've spent my life in construction as an electrician and injury's come, oh they come, but I've always had to work through it and heal and keep hitting it to pay the bills. I say all that to say this.....even if you don't need to pull to put food on the table, (maybe you do)you love it..go in this bitch like your going to loose the house and the wife is going to starve if you don't pull it off.
