If my W800 could do a burn out, I would. Hated the original tires, but the back one finally ran out of tread, and I hope by spring, the front one will. I live where concrete roads have grooves in them and the bike likes to shake its tail feathers while at 70 plus miles an hours... I pucker a little
I will progressivly abuse these ones so that I have to change them before next year 🤣 Yes I know what you mean. there is nothing worse than losing that stable feel1 I induced sphincter tremors!
this bike has a lot of torque down low. But the TC kicks in pretty fast and smooth, so just hit the throttle in situations like that, no issues and yeah, it's fun. I kinda'f keep TC in 1 or even 2 if it's rainy/cold ... I know I know, I'm a baby :)))
@@GermanJobbies double checked with the manual before posting :)) But yeah, the 1050 has a ton of torque and that's another point where the A41s reach their limit. While perfectly fine on the 650, I had moments even in the dry where the rear would slip a bit under acceleration, asphalt snake or random patch of oil or smth. I don't think they are dangerous but they do reduce confidence.
@@ioandragulescu6063 lol you nerd you! 😂 Well I’ve lost faith in them. They won’t get a second chance on the bike once they are half worn. I ride this thing way less gung-ho than I did the 650, some of that is the seating position (I had more weight on the 650 pegs than this) and the tyre feel. I love the bike but am not in a comfort zone with it🥲
