You can see the pride in the deputies eyes when you were praising him for doing an outstanding job. I’m proud of you Big Nick. I believe that when you tell someone the greatness you see in them it makes it just a little bit easier for them to achieve that greatness.

I support cops, I support auditors. Its all about how the police act. Its sad that Law Enforcement was once a noble and respected profession has grown arrogant and dismissive of the public and in so many instances, fails utterly to uphold the law.
