For me I was able to overcome overthinking by taking walks / runs while listening to music, Reading books that help me understand the world better,and writing my thoughts into my diary which I vent all my problems. Basically emercing myself in an activity where my only thoughts are about what I’m currently doing. Love you! You are awesome and you are not alone.
