I CHOPPED MY HAIR OFF! Pixie Cut, Relax & Style! 

This is sooo true. I know for a fact my hair holds trauma. And I'm getting to the point of "shedding". And it's a process. Your xommen is so on point.

What an awesome way to explain getting sometimes a needful change. I cut my own hair with clippers in the beginning of the year because I was and still am going through some stress but the cut boosted my self esteem and atleast I wasn't looking stressful. It was a needful purge

My dears, hair is hair. It depends on nutrients, maintenance, treatment and so forth to remain it's best. What we intake and the care we give our entire body affects it. Sometimes, our dissatisfaction is a reflection of what we may feel or believe we see before the mirror. Now, if this is that spiritual thing you are hinting at I am open to hear what that perspective is. Is it possible that our perspective of our hair has been shaped so much in this country by others ideas of what is beautiful. This is cut though. I wore a twa natural, pixies and all that with a relaxer when I was young. It is a style that I had to regularly trim, shape and had to lay the sides and back. It grew seemingly just as soon as my beautician cut it. $100+ per month. Not counting my mani/pedi. Girls!!! Lqwd!!
