Ingredients:
6 eggs
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whole milk
100 g (4 oz) Gruyere cheese or any
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Season with salt and pepper
Green onions (optional)
1/2 tsp butter or olive oil for greasing the pan
Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 20 minutes
