Mommy has long wanted to try beef tongue salad, borscht made from domestic rooster, son would eat juicy chicken chops day and night, and everyone unanimously ordered a large cake!
So let's get down to the pleasant culinary chores!
Cake:
Yeast-free puff pastry (divide into three equal squares). Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes
Cream:
- Butter - 180 grams
- Boiled condensed milk - 400 ml.
- Citric acid - a pinch
- Flavoring (optional, I used “Rum”)
Chops:
- 600 grams of chicken fillet
Marinade for chops:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon starch (any) + a little water
- salt to taste
*** marinate for 12 hours
Salad:
- A handful of walnuts
- 1 red onion (onion marinade: 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons water)
- Boiled tongue
- Beans boiled in salted water
- Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Pickled cucumber - 2 pieces
- Dill
- Parsley
- capers (optional)
- salt
- ground white pepper
- season with olive oil - 2 tablespoons
