The same thing happened to my first grandchild, on his 4th birthday there were really no other kids around his age at the time neither, so I told my daughter let's have it at Chuck E Cheese's there's a bunch of kids there that their parents just take them to play, I told her make the kiddie bags. As soon as we got there I went up to several parents and told them,"hey my daughter is having a birthday party for her son everything is paid for, and the pizza was on us, so we ended at 15 kids, at first the parents were like feeling bad because they had no gifts for my grandson, I told them their kids presence was just as good. By the time it was over my grandson left with about $300 because the parents felt bad. But for us it wasn't about the gifts or money it was the experience for my grandson. He's 16 now and one day we were looking at pictures from that day on his birthday, he asked me and my daughter, "who are all these kids? I don't know them as family members 😂

Bri I used to feel the same way. I felt selfish and guilty bc my son would always play by himself. He had no one to share his happiness with. I finally decided to give in and had my daughter when he was 4.5. They fight all the time, but they have each other and honestly it did fill that void that I felt. I’m not telling you to get pregnant, but it looks like you have a good support system and you have your house, so if you’re ready I say y’all go for it.

I Can totally relate and understand you Bri!! I’ve felt this way so many times during my daughters birthday parties.. Her birthday is right in the middle of summer when they’re on vacation from school and we could never send invites when she was in school and everyone would always be out of town for summer. Now she’s a little older has her phone so she can easily contact her little friends and invite them. It’s okay Bri you’re doing a great job you’re such a good mom! ♥️ Try not to stress or overthinking too much it’s all going to be okay. 🫶🏼💗
I've felt this before too. When my son was turning 4 I planned this beautiful party my side of the family is very small so no little kids but his other side had sooo many kids and guess what not one of his cousins(family)showed up since it was outside and in tj. Alot of little kids started coming over so happy and excited, not family but they made it so special. That really turned things around for me seeing my baby having fun . It gets better

My family tends do to my niece&nephew birthday early December due to them being Christmas babies. We always remind them they’re extra loved & make a joke about “their bday being all month long”. Evi has grown so much & it’s so beautiful to see how much he’s learning and growing 💙

I have 4 kids and most of their birthdays have only been Immediate family which is only my kids and husband and I. I’ve come to learn that’s all they need the ones who love them the most. omg bri! i also cried a few months ago bc of the same reason! i was watching my daughter play and i felt so bad that she had absolutely no one her age to play with. she has cousins her age, my nephew and niece but we only see them on the weekend. but i got a lot of advice from only child families and it helped so much. even during her bday i get emotional bc we only have my niece and nephew who could attend her bday so we just started to not have bday parties and take her away on vacation until she’s able tell me she wants a party and she can tell me who she wants to invite ! hope you feel better!!!

aw bri i feel this so much! i had my first son when i was 18 years old so obviously none of my friends had babies at that time and my family has no babies on either my boyfriends or my side. now that i’m 24, there are still no babies so i had 2 more. siblings are life long best friends so definitely recommend having more babies ❤️ you’re doing an amazing job!!

As a mom of one bri I get you I was pregnant so young that there was nobody around my daughters age! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to conceive any more babies but we try so hard to make things special for her I promise you your doing an amazing job!
