Yeah that really was a massive note - even Leanne Jones in the Hairspray London cast had to take two breaths to sing that line, and Niamh did it in one!
Probably my favorite group number of the entire series. Pretty much all of the girls sounded good. Niamh in particular stood out. Also love Jodie, Sam, Rachel, Sarah, and Jessie.
I think they get the mix of pop and musical numbers spot on. Plus they do sing the more poppy songs in a musical theatre style. That's the fun of it. Like last year seeing Lee transform "Bad Day" into the big musical ballad. (I'm still pining for the Josephs! lol)
but she don't look old. and anyway it wouldn't matter because you act that age, its like in grease the girls and guys in that were like 30 odd and were playing 18 year olds:s its all about the acting ability. but she would be good, but she is my nancy, Vote JODIE.
CELTIC CLARE, you really are laughable!!!! obviously you do not have a musical note in your head and are just another one of these, internet complainers because you have nothing else better to do in your life. JESSIE TO WIN, ALL THE WAY!
niamh is the best in this, got an amazing voice. Go to 1:00 minute n look at jessies feet, what the hell is she doing??!! she is one of the worst there by a long way, she shouldnt have even got into the top 5
i'm rooting for Jodie. i mean Jessie and Niamh are brilliant but Niamh i think is too young and Jessie has had trouble with her acting on both show 2 mission and show 3. Brilliant performers though.
they're realllly good, but I think the hairspray film is better. But that's probably because that's live, and not recored to make it perfecrt. I like Jessie best :)
Anyone else see Jessie messin up the choreography at 46seconds? Niamh only stood out cuz she had the big note at the end, Sarah and Samantha stood out in this group number
Samantha Barks is my favourite but Rachel Tucker is a close second i also loved Jessie, Jodie, Niamh and Ashley they were all so energetic and looked like they were having the time of their lives, obviously one of my favourite performances x
she is only cheesy in the song because it is a cheesy song! hairspray is one of the corniest films ever so what do u expect her to at like , they are all like that
I agree, poor Niamh :( I think it's just too pale for her, the other vibrant hot pink dresses look nice on her though. The strap on this dress looks funny :/
4 girls in this (rachel, Jodi, Sarah, and Ashley) wore the white dresses with colored ribbons/belts. 3 girls (Tara Niamh and Keisha) wore the one strapped dress, and 2 girls (Francesca, and Sam) wore the sheer strapped halter top dresses, while Jessie got her own what is that about she got her own lucy duck
@simsfreakable Oops you ARE right I just looked at it and she does have the sheer one but the reason I didn't think it was that dress was that the ribbon on her waist wasn't a different color then the dress like Fran and Sam's were.
sarah and niamh were the best dancers in the competition, and both really shone in the group performances (: they both get really into them, and make me smile.
niamh looks so cute here, sam was my 2nd favourite and we found out after we have the same surname:L and RACHERL my inspiration i love her so much and shes amazing here!
I have to say, Niamh kinda ruined the key change note by doing that 'huh' inbetween the note... made it less of a wow note. - notice that that they gave Rachel the low jump line
