Bearing press, nice. I swap wheels all the time (almost daily) using a skate tool with a bearing press, but it is awkward to skate with. I'm going to Maryhill this month and was looking for something I can use on the fly.
3D printing is such a fun tool for iterative design! I've mostly used it for my science work and I don't have a printer of my own, but I love it so much! these designs are really cool! I look forward to seeing what you come up with in the future.

Yoo owen there's a guy in my country that made de pucks raises, but basically what you need is the ergonomics dimensions of the hand it should be like a chart with sizes and try for a way that they integrate with the hand like your prototype
If you can print tpu on your ender for the bumper it would increase it's longevity, I use a foaming tpu from colorfab great impact resistance. Just a little suggestion to save costs on repeat printing
