Oh my gosh, yes! Why do people brag about being unhealthy and then get mad when you don’t join in! 😅 I love Ben’s routine. I don’t go into the office but I do homeschool my kids so I have looooong days. I workout 3 times a week but I’d love to increase it. I love that he eats ravioli for lunch 😂 Okay, so the breakfast thing- you totally DID earn it. The body burns most of its calories at night while you’re sleeping! I just learned that recently. I really like his routine, I’d love to try my own version of it (since I don’t currently own my own business).
Never thought that I would meet another Ben Shapiro fan on here. I can see why one would want to follow his life style: he's a man of culture, great debater, child prodigy (skipped 2 grades and is an amazing violinist), and he strongly respects fair traditional values. He's truly one of the few conservatives I actually respect 🙂🙂🙂🙂
Great content and great channel, and it's very refreshing to hear your thoughts on Shapiro. It sometimes feels like society puts people of color in a box and expects us to all have extremely liberal views on everything, so kudos for helping to show that we are not all alike and we have varying views/opinions of our own.
Ben is amazing. Both he and Elon Musk are real go-getters. I would have loved to be built more like that. But getting fibromyalgia in my youth shot down my whole immune system and neither my parents not the doctors knew what to do. It has made me stronger in other ways, though. So we each have to work with what we have. At least we have God's promise as to sickness, pain and death to look forward to.
People have different rythms of when they have the most energy during the day. Some are more "on" during the morning and others more mid/late morning into the early/mid afternoon. Incorporate your peak state (time of day) into your daily routine for optimum performance
Great video man. A propos federalists, I would like to recommend to you getting to know the debate between federalists and confederalists, they actually agreed on the most serious topics regarding the state, really interesting stuff. Keep it up!
@@LordOfDhara I know he has said himself that he has said some things he is not proud of and posts it so it is open for everyone to see. I believe some of them may have had to do with Muslims and were largely from his youth but the fact that he disagrees with it now would be a good thing. I don’t think he has said anything bad about any minority group though.
