I've decided to leave this channel and will no longer be posting videos.

I created this channel originally without a sense of direction and was focused on making high-quality long-format videos. After taking advice from other RU-vidrs and business coaches, I've started a new channel focused on self-transformation while being authentically me.

Thanks for being a part of this journey.

If you are interested in self-transformation and are a fan of mine and not my viral content, you can find me here:

It's crazy how difficult it is to find keto products in a world that caters to nearly every other diet. It's much easier to make something sugar free than it is to make it vegan, but it has the side effect of stopping people's addiction to food

I did this 12 weeks ago & also cut out the snacking in the evening. I now "allow" myself 2 squares of 80% chocolate per day as my chocolate treat (I don't think I could ever get through a Snickers again !). As someone who has always had a very sweet tooth, I thought it would be difficult, but I didn't crave the sugar at all - I still don't, but I really DO miss just the variety of different tastes - like pastry & biscuits etc. I might allow myself one biscuit a day soon, but I'm quite disciplined, so it wouldn't be a slippery slope.

WOW! When this guy said he didn't realize that "cheese, ice cream, butter....etc." were considered to be dairy - he thought it was "only milk".... I mean... REALLY? I stopped listening at this point. WOW! Does this guy not even care about what he puts in his body. Also, pasturized milk is poison - it is not just the lactose intolerence... they cook the milk and process it and it becomes TOXIC!

You clearly demonstrated how you got off sugar, but you still began with that stupid myth about ancient craving. It is technically impossible to have ancient sugar craving after the far past's "sugary fruits", fruits have only progressively started becoming this sweet the past ~100 years due to manipulations. Just as pets looked disturbingly different on old photos, so did fruits looked, and tasted.

I was under the impression that once a baby is weaned off of milk, their body stops producing the enzymes to break it down, which means all humans are lactose intolerant. We just developed some sort of immunity to milk because we consume so much of it.

Ah, so Jordan Peterson has read and memorized way more than I can in some lifetimes. Okay. But, does that make him someone who knows life? What life's really about? I'd say no.
@mikkovaan8636
@mikkovaan8636 29 дней назад
One more thing. Jordan says poverty is rough. Has he ever been poor really? Well I have. I had so little money and was in debt even though I had a low-paying job, that I cancelled my apartment rent deal and went to live in the city woods, become "homeless" as they say. Forest is the real home of human monkeys like us, but I guess most people consider twisted unnatural things like concrete house a good home. Hm. But my point is, even though I had no money, was very afraid of someone coming to kill me when I slept in the woods every night for nine months, and every day I walked with a big heavy backpack and a water jug to the forest to sleep and then walked to work when I woke up. Rinse and repeat, no entertainment, just life like that. But! I was never unhappy during those times. People respected me more and started to start friendly conversations with me, and I was stronger and healthier and.... happier, despite the fear of death and tiring walks with a big backpack every night. I was happy. And now, I don't give a shit about money, as long as I can get nice wild foods or at least organic, high quality spirng water, maybe buy a session with a good guide to help me work on myself, pay the rent... I don't need much. I need very little, but it better be high quality, because if it ain't, you get weaker. I can fast for 3 days with water only easily, even though I've barely practiced. I can do 2-minute ice swimming easily. I can face death easily, especially if it's something I'm driven about. I'm very much in a good place in life, even though I have less money than most people. The point of all that is, Jordan just doesn't know that money is nothing, and real happiness comes from somewhere entirely else. Very basic things. My greatest guide in life, and I've had many great ones, is Paul Chek definitely. But I can tell you one thing he doesn't get right, and that's probably because he too is from USA. He doesn't bother trying to help "weak" people so to speak, but only those who in his eyes have potential. I wanna help everybody, not just those who "have potential." I wanna find everyone having their own great potential and help people tap into it. Finland has a very strong army for its population size, and still everyone's happy here. If Finland was the size of USA, imagine how strong a country we were. We could easily take the whole world with military strength, starting from Russia which can't even conquer the small Finland, big Russia. And unlike USA and Russia, we'd make people happier with a few very basic things. Good food, good water, take good care of nature and support it being wild, truly wild and not just trees in straight rows and caged animals. Let animals roam free and enjoy life. Let people enjoy life. That's what Finland could do if we were USA size with our setup. But we probably wuoldn't. We respect personal space too much for that. Hehe.

People need guidance. Proper guidance. Guidance that takes them and their situation into account, guidance that is just not for everybody. If you get even those things, you can have USA become a greater nation than the happiest country in the world, Finland. We won against 30 times bigger country Russia in WW2 for example. We do ice swimming as a nice hobby because it feels good. We're pretty good at learning things, and take good care of everybody here, everybody. Because everyone has potential that can be unleashed, if you know how. I just get the feeling that Jordan Peterson needs to start understanding this, if he really wants to help people, instead of just trying to keep "the weak even weaker, sick sicker, poor poorer, unhappy unhappier"... I feel he's not going the right way there. Tell me if you think I'm wrong and show me why, I'd like to understand.
@mikkovaan8636
@mikkovaan8636 29 дней назад
One thing even I think Jordan is right about, even though I don't like the guy really, is when he says "to fix complicated problems, you better be able to fix the simple ones first". That's what he's getting right. But what in my eyes he's not getting right, is he doesn't seem to appreciate the potential I think everyone has. Every human, animal and plant. I guess that's american, like "fuch communism, why should we support weak pathetic people who can't get their crap together?". I come from Finland, which is socialist, not communist at all but has way more socialistic traits than USA. We take care of everybody here, and prisoners get better treatment in our prisons than in USA. Despite of this, our crime rates are pretty low and our country is quite safe to live in. Why is that? Because we try to help our criminals to become stronger members of society. And at least sometimes we succeed in that. I've talked with one ex Hells Angel member of Finland (I know I shouldn't even say that but at least Im not identifying him so)... and this ex-member told me, that in prison he studied to become what he felt drawn to, and became extremely good at it, high-end professional from a criminal, now doing good for a lot of people. If we can do that and you cannot in USA, you need to get some help from us, learn something from us. Ask why we in Finland, a more socialist country, get those kinda things right but you don't. Of course it's not only because of taking care of everybody, but it's a big part of it. I used to do small time crime some years ago because I needed the money and wouldn't even consider applying social money benefits. So for me, it was either rob someone or do some lesser crime or such, it's all I knew. Gladly, I found work again and could stop the crime career early. Call cops and send them after me if you like, I can tell you my name and address, hell, they should find me easily even if I don't. But.. the point is, people don't make crime because they're "devil's children" or something, but because they're just like you and me, just wanting to survive and eat and sleep and breathe. Is that too much to ask?

I’m on day 6 of no/low sugar. I tried a piece of iced pumpkin bread after a normal breakfast. I hoped that the low glycemic meal would counteract the sugar. But I felt a little queasy and headachey soon after. My body has already adjusted that much! I used to feel bad when I had a lot of sugar but now it takes a lot less. It’s good because that negative reaction will serve as encouragement to continue avoiding sugar.

The populations with the highest life expectancy for males are found in Northern Italy (Florence and Milan area). They do not completely cut this or that, but simply try to eat and do everything in moderation. They eat wheat, meat, dairy products, sugary products, veg, fruit, etc. But they avoid overeating and too much junk food. Thus, the simple, proven solution for health isn´t a new "extreme" diet but eating balanced and not too much.

From what it sounds like it seems when people say over self improvement is a bad thing I think they are talking mean “can someone sustain this type lifestyle and not burnout”. Some people will take on too much, get easily stressed out, and quit all together.
