Hey Ali, I’ve been watching some of your videos and when I was watching the daily routine one I noticed your goal is to grow your channel. Some things I would change are 100% your thumbnails because they don’t really tell you when the video is about. For example your milk video your just holding it if you where add text like “NO DAIRY?” With the same picture and then put a ❌ over the milk would help sell your videos.

Have you heard of the David Sinclair controversies? I think the extraneous supplements aren't necessary, but avoiding alcohol and cigarettes is golden (you can search up Dr. Brad Stanfield in regards to the controversies)

Alot of this is common sense. Exercise is obviously good, sleeping more definitely good. However the supplements are controversial, he also has conflict of interest, because he is an investor in the company that makes the supplements.

Thanks for letting me know that he’s an investor in the company that makes the supplements he’s pushing. Really diminishes my respect for people like this and makes me question their credibility. Feels like a false and inauthentic swindler.
