thank you so much! 🥺🤍 depending on your fitness level, you can always modify the exercise to make it easier e.g. for the burpees you can do slow burpees instead (doing them without the jumps) or you can modify the number/reps of exercise you do and progressively increase it e.g. instead of 100 squats maybe start off doing 25 then the next day 50 etc! hope that helps!
