Hi everyone! 💌 Thank you so much for the love and support 🥺 It means so much to me! It's so lovely to see everyone encouraging and supporting each other as well as sharing their own personal stories in the comments ♡♡ I just wanted to address some FAQ: 1) I am 168cm or around 5'6 2) It took me around 6 months to lose the 10kg (Feb 2021 - Aug 2021) 3) I used Final Cut Pro to edit my video!

What she did: (Changes) Tips we can apply as well... 1.She changed her attitude. -Became more patient. -Accepted that weight loss takes time and it doesn't happen over night. -Focused on the now and taking care of herself right now..(messing up was okay tho) 2.She started to educate herself. -how does the body lose weight/fat? -Most maintainable ways to lose weight? - 6:43 channels where info was found +It was only when she educated herself that when she started to see results. 3.Had realistic expectation/goals -Made easy goals because everything takes time. +You didn't gain the weight in 2 weeks so please don't expect and force ur body to lose it in 2 weeks.. 4.Exercises -Started with the basics (beginner workouts) and grew from there. +She exercised 4-6 times a week, 30 mins per day. 4.5 Body Projects! -Motivating workout channel.. "progress not perfection" 5.Change your workouts -You don't HAVE to exercise you just need to move.. You can dance daily , take walks..find what works for you.. -Try new things... +Its a personal journey. +She exercised 4-6 times a week, 30 mins per day. 6.Calorie deficit -Weight loss occurs when ur in a deficit ,when u eat less then what u burn.. -Its not unhealthy vs healthy foods... +"its okay to mess up, do better then the day before" 7.Oxyshred -Not the cause of her weightloss but did assist her in losing weight. THANK YOU SO MUCH HANNA! Can't weight to apply this to my lifestyle I'm excited...🧡🍂 "We CAN do it!" "You CAN do it" 🏆

This is my 7th year since I was diagnosed at 13 years old with severe depression and general anxiety disorder. Due to my illness, medication and my unstable relationship with food, I went from 55kg to 95kg, a steady 40kg of weight again across the years as i fought my illness. Ironically, even though the medications helped me, it brought me extreme shame towards my appearance and guilt for ruining my health. Im glad i found this video while I was struggling a lot with my self image and Im now trying to understand and educate myself on a healthy diet and relationship with food. I no longer want to punish or abuse myself; depression was enough a battle. If anyone is reading this who had the same experiences, please know that someone out there across the sea understands you.

I've been on medication for both depression and anxiety since Jan 2020. I gained almost 10 kgs. I didn't really care about my weight. But uniformed people just walk upto me and point about my weight and say that I need to lose weight to look as beautiful as I used to be. I get frustrated. Everytime somebody does that I am reminded of those days and weeks and months,that I could not get up from my bed. I couldn't even eat because of my anxiety. I threw up every single time ate. So now when I am 66 kg, i am thankful that I can eat without throwing up. Sometimes I want to scream at top of my lungs that 'I HAVE DEPRESSION, I'M ON MEDICATION AND THAT YOU CAN GO FUCK YOURSELVES'.
@allmyducksinarow
@allmyducksinarow 2 года назад
I'm in the same boat my friend. After starting to take medications for my depression and ADHD, I went from being underweight and negligent about my nutrition, to overweight and still negligent about my nutrition. I was eating more because I started to find joy in cooking again, but I wasn't exercising anymore. I've recently started exercising daily (or at least getting enough steps) and paying attention to my foods. It is possible. Can I recommend some channels that are super awesome for body-positive weight loss or maintenance? Emma's Rectangle is amazing; she put on weight after going through a depressive episode, and her video about her 'transformation' is one of the best resources out there for what a realistic journey can look like. Natacha Oceane is just an all around amazing creator as well, and she has the best content out there for fitness and health (she also is a PhD in Biophysics!). Lastly, Smalletics is a great channel for learning about how to lose weight when you're a short female, but she also explains the science behind why building muscle is more important and effective for weight loss, and the importance of why you should never eat too little. You sound like you have some good resources, but be wary of non-science-based creators talking about their weight loss journey. Unlike Hanna, I've seen girls talking about eating less than 1000 a day (which isn't even enough for a goddamn toddler, very dangerous) and overexercising, much to the enjoyment of their audiences.

But as I’m approaching my mid 20s, I’ve started putting on weight (specifically, fat) to the point that I’m not comfortable, nor confident in my body anymore. Thanks for the tips, I bet no one cares but I’m writing this comment to promise myself that I’ll take a new step to lose some fat and get fit starting from today💪

Update: So it's been almost a year since I wrote this post. I'm now back to 65kg and feel much better. It's been mostly from eating right again. Now I want to try and focus on excersizing regularly to actually tone up my body a bit. But I just want to remind everyone that weight loss is gradual and not something to try and do in a short period of time. Every body is different and reacts differently to certain excersizes and foods. I just hope no one reading this will completely restrict themselves or force workouts they don't enjoy. I've always said that now matter how I look I never want to lose the joy in eating food and I want to do excersizes I enjoy (like dance or swimming). So be kind to yourselves and give yourself the time

Thank you for your down to earth video. I've become semi disabled since 2 years and weightloss is extra slow because there are days when I just cannot walk all that well and have a lot of pain.. Having had eating disorders when I was in middle school, a part of me thought "If I can just go back to (not) eating as I did back then, maybe I'll lose the weight again". Fully knowing that that is absolutely wrong but I'm just frustrated with my body (because I got overweight and cannot even go out of my house on my own/without a wheelchair) and I am angry at everything. Your video helped me get back to earth and slow down again. It was enjoyable to listen to your story and I know I can get there as well, just at my own pace. Thank you.

Worst thing is loosing hope… You should never loose hope or think you can’t do it, because weightloss is a road with many ups and downs. Personally, i weigh 67kg now and im 173cm, but year ago i got to a point when i had probably around 80kg.. It was a nightmare, i felt like it happend overnight, but something just changed, Something clicked in my head and I decided everything needs to change, I stopped snacking, started running every day for hour, hour and half and just included water and healthy fresh food in my meals… In just three months I lost around 10kgs. Ever since then I never regained the weight. I also went to gym for 4months and saw incredible results. But lately I’ve just been too busy and stopped with everything. I hope I will get back on track as soon as possible, can’t wait to see even more progress! Thank you for inspiration! And for all of you out there, you got this!!!❤️

I am literally so happy to find this video. My weight was at 58kg around 3 years ago but I still tried to skip meals, throwing up after eating and weighted 53kg after a course of very ill and unhealthy 4 weeks, I though it was so bad because I would feel like it was still not enough. When covid strike, staying at home made me unmotivated which lead to my low self-esteem so I broke up with my partner and ate whatever I wanted and gained 10kg in 2 years so now I weight 68kg. I always felt so weak and sick because of how heavy I am, clothes don't fit anymore and I just don't feel good in general, and this really effected my mental health. I tried to take up diets and workouts for months but always end up in quitting after 2-3 weeks. Recently I have been working on myself from the inside and now I think that I am ready to try losing weight again, in a healthy way of course. But I didn't know where to start, until I found your video and was motivated to workout right after :)) It feels good to see that other people also struggles to get where they are since there are literally so many unrealistic expectations on the internet and in the society. Thank you so much Hanna and I wish you success

I love this video, and I relate to it so much. I’m 154 cm and currently I’m 64 kg. Three months ago I weighed 68 kg. I go to the gym and try to eat less. In fact I used to skip breakfast. I realized it was unhealthy. I had this sick ideology that fasting and eating less will help, but it reached to the point where I was mentally and physically exhausted, so exhausted that I couldn’t go to the gym the next day. And school’s been a hindrance as well. This video gave me light that I might be able to change this exhausting habit and love my body. Loving yourself takes time, as well as result. I’ll be trying my best from now on. Thank you so much for this beautiful video💕

I'm currently 64kg, I dealt with a very difficult depressive episode in 2020-2021 and I've since been on medications for my depression. Before I started my meds, I was 55kg. I was better in my mood, but my body put me in shock when i went on the scales and saw I gained 10kg in just a year. I've always relied on my metabolism, and was never exercising. But serotonin in particular slowed my metabolism down. I was trying to stop taking my meds, to try and get back to my normal weight i held all through highschool. Of course, this just made me sick and my mood unstable. I'm trying to be better, and lose weight healthier and get back to my 55kg over time without causing harm to my body. Seeing realistic journeys really helps, thank you

Hi, I’m spreading the Gospel may you be blessed in JESUS CHRIST name *What is the Gospel?* The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Romans 10:9 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. JESUS CHRIST can come anytime! Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS

Back in 2020, I was 70 kg. But as far as I remember, I've always been on the chubbier side. But due to severe depression and anxiety disorder I gained tons of weight steadily through the years. Finally last year I decided enough was enough. I started intermediate fasting, stopped eating junk food, sugar, got a smaller plate so my small portions look a lot, started eating only 1 main meal and a smaller meal everyday. I couldn't exercise because of several reasons, so I was wholly dependent on my diet. I started at 5" height and 70 kg weight. By the end of last year, I reached 55 kg, I was SO happy! But as soon as I stopped intermediate fasting and started eating more meals everyday, I started gaining weight again. Now I'm 60 kg, it's not a lot, but I'm still not happy with my body. Moreover I was diagnosed with PCOS last year, which has made my weight loss even harder. But you've inspired me to start once more. This time I will exercise, fast and not starve myself like before. I hope I can beat PCOS and achieve my dream weight, which is to be 50 kg. Thank you so much 🥰

The light bulb moment that you talked about... i had the same thing too... i realized that my intention for losing weight was only for looking good physically. I had the same realization as you. Losing weight for the right reason, choosing exercises that are suitable for my current fitness level, have compassion with myself and my body, learning to listen to my body and stop eating when i feel full, acceptance from a place of love of my current body and be patient with my body, it went through alot of things over the years so it takes time for it to recover... now i am starting to enjoy exercise because i don't feel like i am dragging myself to do it, and feel energized after.... i also added flexible fasting for 12-16 hours as a practice for me to listen to my body and not eat when i don't feel hungry, and it turns out it is doable... good to hear fellow human is doing well and finding the best way that fit for you ❤

Exactly me! Year ago I was 68kg down to 58kg for just a month. I actually do a lot of work out and also did a keto diet but still Im not happy because it took too much time to see the result. Then I started to research about how to lose weight faster. I found out that a jumping rope exercise is way more effective than doing all my work out routine. I started 200jumps and after a few days I get obsessed with achieving a new goal per day reaching 2k jumps a day and also 16/8 fasting. Then after a month and a half I reached 58kg and realized that all the pain was worth it. Just be patient and inspired everyday. Love yourself and be healthy 😊

I absolutely love your take on this, I’m subscribing! I’m tired of hearing people on the Internet talk about the aesthetic side of exercising and losing weight. I’ve always been petite but because of the pandemic I’ve gained 3kg and have always felt pressured to stay at 45kg but hearing that you’ve been through it and you’re steadily progressing gives me hope and reassurance that I don’t have to be so stressed about the aesthetic part of losing weight

That’s almost my goal too! I am 63 now trying to get to 58. And eventually to my pre-pandemic weight of 55-56 kg. It has been so difficult. I think I messed up my metabolism, going from very active pre covid to zero nada no workout at all for almost 8 months in 2020. I used to be able to eat whatever I want but workout 5 days a week. Now anything I eat shows up next day in extra kgs. Let me know how your journey is going :)

As someone whose lost over 30 kg I think your video is spot on. Because I hated my body so much in the past, I just wanted a quick fix, and when that obviously wasn't going to happen, I got back to my old habits. Attitude is everything and I saw a huge change when I edited my food - not dieting - but editing. I looked at my food and sought after a healthier alternative, so the change to my food would be minimal and easy. Without even noticing and not being the biggest excersizer, I lost so much weight. It's all about patience and being realistic

Really glad you're mentioning The Body Project. I've been doing their workouts for a couple of years now and I love their general approach. Like, they'll push you to get better, but they'll do it gently and they'll remind you not to have insane expectations of yourself. It's all about enjoyment and creating good habits, not about feeling guilty because you can't get through a tough Chloe Ting workout.

I love that you talked about the channel that said things like "its okay to press pause, its okay if you're doing something other than the exercise on the screen." I work at a fitness and social wellness collective and our whole ethos revolves around CHOICE. In the classes, the instructor will always give you a choice. Don't/can't stand up on the spin bike? Then sit! "If you're up, this is what to do. If you're on the bike, this is what you do." and in yoga as well: "Try this pose if your knees feel uncomfortable. Try this pose if you feel like you need to. Always feel free to go into child's pose." I've really found that exercise is a lot more manageable when I am given options and ways to adjust to fit my own fitness level.

Definitely needed this and so glad that I clicked it! Currently starting my weight loss journey after lapses over the past 2 years because of my unhealthy relationship with food, and the mindset of "fast" weight loss. I would always compare myself to how I successfully did it in 3 months and would yearn for the discipline I had and all that. I'd try exercises that were too deadly for what I can tolerate and think that If I push through enough, I'd lose whatever I wanted to lose in 2 weeks. After almost 4 years of slowly accumulating all these things I now want to lose, the first thing I did was accept the fact that the past 4 years were where I tasted a lot of cuisines, enjoyed traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. I didn't want to keep on thinking that I shouldn't have let my guard done in those years when I slowly accumulated weight. After that was regaining my relationship with food. It's really important because I love food and I didn't want to hate it just to make myself feel better. Since I wanted a more sustainable way, all of these are important for me in the long run. For the movement/exercise part, I am slowly going back to what I loved doing as a workout - walking/running. I'm still on my first 4 weeks of walking and preparing myself for running again. I may have to mix and match but I know walking/running will consistently be part of my daily routine. I'm so happy to see myself doing everything consistently. Right now I'm working on the calorie deficit hehe. Thanks for this video Hanna. I'm wishing all the best for your future plans! To everyone reading comments and see this, I hope you're doing okay and I support you in your journey!

Calorie deficit worked for me! I’ve been stuck on 68-69kg and it was really frustrating. I actually hit 70kg too! I lessen my food intake, especially food that’s heavily packed with calories. I try my best to stay at 1500kcal/day as well. I’m asian so the day’s not complete without rice! I eat rice 2-3x a day before. Now, I only eat rice (brown) once a day. I don’t eat heavy during dinner; instead, I eat fruits/salad or soup. Intermittent fasting works as well but it can really make you hungry! After 2 months of perseverance, I now weigh 62.2kg! My goal is 55kg 💖 Let’s do our best!!! Btw, I’m 5’4

i've been overweight all my life and have gone through different types of diet all throughout. there are times where i would loose massive amount of weight, but in the end, i'd still relapse back on my previous weight, worse heavier than ever. but just this october 2022, i decided to change for the better. changing my attitude towards fitness definitely is the key for being consistent. i am 25, and my only goal is to become stronger and healthier. i don't want to be sedentary and sickly once i hit my 30 mark, so before i get prescribed with maintenance meds, i started to change now. i enjoy exercising now, and doesn't stress myself much with the things i ate as long as it is delicious and still in calorie deficit. also, i think one thing that has helped me so far in this journey, and keep inspiring me to do better is to surround myself with influencers that are motivating. starting of with growwithjo because she's realistic and she makes her exercises easy to follow. now, you just made me fell in love with this channel. looking forward to growing with you too. thank you for the honest tip! 🏆

This video is literally perfect cuz I weigh 68kg right now and want to reach 53kg. I used to be 77kg but during quarantine I lost that and reached 66kg. But then school reopened so I stopped exercising and now my current weight is 68kg. Here’s sum advice but idk if it’ll help •Don’t starve yourself- I learnt the hard way and felt really sick and my hair fell out (a lot) and you won’t loose weight in the long run •don’t over exercise (especially if your just starting) •don’t create impossible goals like 5kg in a week because you’ll feel disappointed •you can check your weight every morning but some days it may not change. (I think it’s because you also gain muscle but I forgot so I’m not too sure) •you probably won’t loose belly fat first- I lost weight on my back and I read somewhere you loose fat around your organs first (idk if I’m correct as i read about it during quarantine. I think it was called visceral fat) •I checked my waistline as the scale may not always show things •i generally avoided chocolates, cakes and doughnuts but I’ve learnt it’s okay to have them occasionally (it also helps me prevent binge eating) •I’m an Asian so not eating white rice was impossible.I still ate rice but reduced the amount I ate. As long as you stay in your daily calorie intake you should be fine. Idk if this helps but yehhhh :))

I'm 5'2 and 70kg, (last I checked) and I started my health journy 15 days ago. I'm almost 17 and this is my highest weight I've been. I have mild Athsma and I wan't to focus on strength, flexibility, and stamina. For the past 2 weeks, I've been absolutely loving Vicky Justiz's 7-min and 10-min workouts. They're just gentle enough not to trigger my athsma, but I can already see a difference in my form, flexibility, sleep, and mood. For the longest time I had convinced myself that I wasn't capable of change, or that it would be too hard. I had a perfectionist mindset, thinking that if I couldn't have a perfect routine immediately that I had failed. And then I just decided to make today Day 1. I've been working on a difference in attitude towards starting projects, I have been daling with descision paralysis for so long. I'm finally using the nice notebook I was given years ago. I'm filling it with bad handwriting, and i'm OKAY with it. I always made excuses for why I couln't start, be it "I don't have my own room at my dad's" "I don't have any workout clothes" "I hate showering so often" ect. But it's so much simpler than I made it out to be. Just 10 minutes, PJ's, and a yoga mat.

have been quite insecure of my body since junior high and i’ve just been starting to work my body in high school, which i think is a little bit too late, but i’m still quite young and sometimes i feel like i care too much. i still need it and i am scared abt how i am going to look like when i grow older. i want to start a lifestyle that will keep on forever in my existence and help people who are also struggling. thank you for keeping this realistic it helps me to keep going. 🥰

I needed to watch this. I am back in my journey to lose weight. Before 2019 ended, I was at 58 kgs, and that's when I gained weight, and then the pandemic happened, I went up to 65 and then at time it gets up and down, but its just between that but when I almost get to 68 kg, I got alarmed and I wanted to stop and get back to really dedicating to it. I have started 3 wks ago, and now it plays at 65-66, normally I am disheartened... but this time, I wouldn't. I will get to it.

The only bad exercise is the one you don’t do… that changed my mind set so much. I’ve lost 13 kg in 6 months and I have about double that more to loose. I’m feeling very motivated and I enjoy the feeling after exercising, it’s so addicting. Especially since I struggle with mental health

I’m on the same journey! My comfortable normal weight that I had as a teen and young adult was 58 kg but then I gained a lot of weight in a relationship many years ago, I don’t even know what my highest weight was. Fast forward some ups and downs, now I have been around 70 kg the last few years. I changed my diet habits several times, I went to the gym for hard long workouts and ended up sick and exhausted many times, and didn’t lose any weight. I also didn’t notice any improvements in my fitness and mobility goals. So I finally quit the gym. Then something clicked this winter. I decided to workout slowly and listen to my body. I’m doing short home workouts; weights, mobility, yoga. Now I’m doing one workout (20-30 minutes) 3-6 times a week without getting exhausted, and I’m getting results! My weight is slowly going down, I’m currently at 65 kg. I was almost at 63 but I gained 2,5 kg during Easter and wow I really felt that during yoga. What a difference a few kg can do. My strength and mobility has increased a bit during this short journey to my surprise so I’m very excited about the future!

Literally the same weight as your before weight rn and my goal is the exact weight you achieved. I am working out regularly and eating right. I did achieve 63 in June but then I lost track of myself and went on a month long trip where I ate a lot and I was back at 71. I would say it was worth it because I really needed that trip so you don't have to push yourself if you went a little off track, it's okay if you slip up as long as you don't give up and you get right back on track. I'm back on my regime and went from 71 to 68 and I'm going to reach my goal weight. Slow and Steady wins the race. Thanks for the realistic video! 🏆

🏆 The “you can do it, we can do it!” made me tear up I don’t know why 😂 I love the message in this video, it was more about self acceptance and building healthy relationships with your body and food. I honestly believe that if you don’t have a healthy mind or healthy relationship with food, you’re not going to achieve long term changes. Thank you!

I also weigh 68kg while I always weighed ~57-58kg. I got used to my current weight and I don't mind it that much but I just want to be healthier and lose some weight while I'm still young and weightloss is easier for younger people (usually). So it's less about the looks but more about health. Diet is also a good opportunity to fix my eating and living habits. for example, I used to eat at night, eat chips and sweets every day, I didn't sleep regulary, I didn't drink water and consumed too much coffeine. I don't really feel like I'm on diet, I don't even have a scale in my apartment so I don't weigh myself. What I do is: > drink at least 1l of water every day > try to make healthier choices, in general i try to buy more healthy foods but I also eat sweets and chips, i just try to do it from time to time, not everyday > i drink only 1 cup of coffee, no more, i added white tea and green tea to my diet > I walk every day, I make sure to make at least 5000 steps every day (for me its 100calories burned but i walk very "intense" lol), I dont really feel like it's a diet but I already notices my pants getting looser. I know its probably water only but still, at least I'm not bloated anymore

Aww! I watch the Body Project too! Can't recall exactly what was said in the first video of theirs that I watched, but it made me legitimately tear up in the middle of the workout. It's been a bit of a journey for me, but I've shifted my mindset away from making sure the number on the scale get smaller and instead focusing on improving my self-discipline. I have now been exercising twice weekly for two years! (though I do skip a workout on occasion) I can't really count calories (it becomes a hyperfixation and leads to really negative thought patterns for me), but I'm never gonna stop being proud that I've made exercise an ACTUAL HABIT during a WHOLE-ASS PANDEMIC.

To anyone trying to lose weight or become slim, don't just be harsh on yourself, as she said don't start with advanced workouts, always start with beginner friendly, and they must not be more than 10% hard for you, keep it easy, slowly gradually increase your workout intensity, and about food, just try not to eat much junk, follow 80:20 ratio ie 80% healthy meals, 20% junk that too with portion control. Do lose unhealthy weight, but lose it for your own self, at your own pace, take your own good time, don't do it for others. Another IMPORTANT THING, someone may loose 10 kgs in some months, some may in a year, or more despite following same diet and workout, it also depends on other factors like metabolism, genetics, lifestyle, so please don't judge your on journey through others experience, BE KIND TO YOURSELF.

I started my weight loss (again) over a month ago and had a wobble the last 2 days... and I was beating myself up about it and berating myself, and then thinking; I could just start again on Monday! Then I watched this video. Thank you! It's okay to wobble and fall off, just get right back on it. You've not failed, you've stumbled and that's okay! Thanks for the encouragement! back to calorie counting today :D 🏆

I relate so much to you! my usual weight is in the low 60s but right now I'm somewhere between 70 and 72, which like you said isn't bad but it's also the heaviest I've ever been. I was a lot lazier during and after the pandemic and for a long time I overate every time I had a meal. I mainly wanted to lose weight so I could fit once more into some of my favourite outfits, but I recently got a new job and somehow managed to change my mindframe into actually wanting to become stronger, more toned and not feel exhausted every day after work, and it's worked! I'm actually excited to start exercising next week and I can't wait to see where I'll be in six months time ☺️ congrats on the weight loss, and for those if us still on this journey, we can do it!!!

This is so inspiring, its like this was in my reccomended on here for a reason. This was so relatable, and uplifting! Thank you:) always been a skinny mini at usually 52-54 kg (169 cm) my whole life and then my eating junk just went a bit mad because I could afford it, sugar addiction etc. Plus lockdown just topped it all with barely any movement and too much comfort eating. Just an unhealthy relationship with food. I want clothes to fit nice again and have more energy and not feel heavy just f,ex getting up from the floor where every movement is heavier to do, or like walking in stairs. But I don’t need to get back to 52 kg... Just started my journey to get back to myself again⭐️⭐️⭐️ small steps. Anyone else on this journey to lose about 10 kg or more? :) let’s stay accountable together!

Hey queen. Just read your comment. I was like you too, around 48 - 53kg. Then I finished school and started working. I went away from home, It was so stressful i barely had time for anything. It was just easy to buy junk esp since i could afford it, and i consumed alot of soda too. Now i weigh 59kg and all my clothes including underwears are small for me. It’s depressing seeing your body change, and you get reminded of it constantly. I’m back home now and started my weight loss journey Last week. I saw u said to find someone so we could keep each other accountable and i would love that too
@mari97216

@@Safiyyrh hey yes lets keep each other accountable. I can’t say Ive had a change since I wrote that. I think my metabolism is ruined somehow because when I was younger I could decide to drop a few kilos or gain a few but it took me a few months and no effort. Its not like this at all anymore. Ive gained more than you so my closet has been cleared out before so I do have bigger clothes to wear now. And I have a bunch of clothes packed away that will hopefully fit again. Yes its depressing and especially when you phone keeps sending you memories from years ago and you are shocked because you kinda forgot you were that skinny. For me its been the last years, but im still not used to it. Also if my friends take pictures of me at events. Its like its more easy to see in photographs than in mirrors. So what kind of way are you thinking is best getting rid of some kilos?

68kg -> 58kg is actually my currently weight goal. I’ve been beating mysef down for eating bad + being stressed + lack of sleep that led me to my current 68kg, but I was surprised despite being close to the same height (I’m 165) we look so different at the same weight. Even though I’ve been eating a lot , I do a lot of consistent strength training as a habit. At 68kg I look like her at 58kg with slightly larger thighs. This gives me a lot of hope because it shows that I still did something right to my body even though 90% of the time I didn’t realize it and beat myself down for being fat.
