I never know how my body or mind are going to cooperate with me when I want to have an adventure. I'm tired and scared a lot, but I try to power through.
Today, I was surprised that I didn't feel much anxiety, at all. I paddled right into the middle of the lake and decided to work on a skill I've been wanting to master. I tried and tried, over and over, until I got the hang of it. And I'm so incredibly proud of myself!
You never know when you're going to have a day that overwhelms you with joy. Thank goodness for surprises like that.
