vova47 interesting, one thing about Paul and Herbie they are both very creative so to hear Paul sing a song he wrote with Herbie taking Paul out of his element really didn’t seem to confusing . It was just different the Herbie way . I think it is hard ( but fun ) for any artist to play with Herbie he is so innovative and when you think about when he played with Miles Davis how they never played the same song twice the same way it’s very cool to see these collaborations. This whole album Possibilities takes all of the artists on it on a new and intriguing journey with Herbie and helps expand there talents in a direction that most would not go on there own .
