Resin gets hot when it cures, for something like this let it cure(harden) all the way, if you wanted the sea foam effect I'd use white color ink, and either move it around by hand or a hair dryer on low and push the white color around. To get the boat or whatever it is to stay out on the water id suggest UV resin, it hardens like normal resin with a UV light and dosent get hot

When you mix 2 opposing themes, generally you get some confused disaster of an end result. This channel is more wholesome and grotesque than thought to be possible. And it works so well. And it doesn't make any sense.
