It is very easy to explain. There was no teleprompter at the debate and there was one at the rally. He cannot think, he can barely read the teleprompter. There should not be any teleprompters in the room when meeting with Russia, China, or any other country. The problem is the same thing we've seen since 2015 but especially since covid. Telling the truth is demonized as lies. You can't say men and women are different, you're not even allowed to say men and women aren't equal and never will be. Truth is labeled as violence.
