Just for your clarification, yes prime does have like 800 g of electrolytes but it’s mostly potassium and you lose like way less potassium then you lose sodium and it has almost no sodium so it’s just really sweet but it doesn’t really hydrate you
@@Filmer_Nix There's like no sucralose in it, the reason why it's not good for you is it's crazy high in potassium, it also has almost no sodium which is really unhealthy when it's your only drink for a whole day.
@@MrPiano-is4duokay Timmy. Drinking drinks like prime and soda here and there while still eating good and exercising is not that big of a deal. But drinking stuff like that everyday with little to no water for years will lead to a lot of consequences in the future. Sure, he is not risking his life (he only drank it in a week) but it is still dangerous. If you happen to be addicted to coca-cola, soda, prime etc. Please, try your best to fix it.
I've heard it's the lack of sugar which is harming hydration along with too much potassium and not enough sodium I believe it was. Powerade is a much more tried and tested "hydration" drink but nothing beats eating well and drinking plenty if water for sure. I've got a bad Tea habit though so watching your Richard Branson day in the billionaire video was highly amusing 😂. I'm not quite at 20 cups a day but I'll do 8 no problem haha
@@JakesGamingCodm prime does have lots ingredients that are bad for your health. it includes additives like acesulfame potassium, which is an artificial sweetener, and dipotassium phosphate, a food additive used as a stabilizer. These additives have been associated with potential health risks, including allergic reactions and disturbances in kidney function.
keep in mind the electrolytes in prime is almost all sodium. doing simple math shows that there is 16.9 fluid ounces of prime in each bottle, meaning that’s 8 bottles in each gallon. so then 1 pound being 128 fluid ounces means that dividing that by 16.9 since that would get you 8 bottles, that means if there’s 834 mg of electrolytes in each bottle that is 6255 mg of basically all sodium every single day for 7 days straight. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME, OR WITH PRIME ENERGY EITHER. stay happy and healthy, don’t do everything you see on the internet.
as someone who's pee is clearer and more pure liquid than water that it'd be a waste to not drink it and make more even more pure pee, I see this as an absolute win
This stuff is NOT hydrating. It contains no sodium which is one of the most important electrolytes. It also has such high levels of potassium which is dangerous when consumed in 2-3 drinks. Not to mention the artificial sweeteners can directly cause cancer
@@MehPen2763 well there is a new flavour coming in October that is sour so it’s the opposite lol. But yeah I agree. They are too sweet. Grape is really nice though
Prime (the real life Brawndo) : "It's got electrolytes, that's what plants crave" 🤣 Very fitting for the Prime consumers, there is a prophetic movie about Brawndo (aka Prime). Now at least we know where humanity will go in a few generations. President Logan Mountain Dew Camacho might become real in the future 🤣
