This movie, Heffalump Halloween and Springtime for Roo really made me realize that Roo was my favorite character, he wasn't as terrible as the others when first meeting Lumpy and even tried to help Lumpy reach his mom before getting captured. Even then Roo righted his wrongs by setting Lumpy free from the cage and called the others out on their spreading of misinformation and blatant racism. And this was all for a kid that he met in just one day, what a sweetheart.
