Dorian, the fact you spoke about at 17:02 min is so common among all the people doing the Hammer Presses. This is why I atopped using Hammer Strenght machine's since 2018. The Hammer Stenght pull down is also a very uncomfortable way of pulling since their is zero resistance about 20-40% in the range of motion! Unfortunately I haven't access to Panatta and Cybex equipment, but those 2 brands are top notch in comparison with other brands! 💪🏼
Unfortunately to reduce cost and speed production hammer strength is not what it was years and years ago. They only manufacture around 50 parts for all the plate loaded pieces and they are all interchangeable on the machines. This is why a lot of the platform are much small then they used to me and the swing arms don’t line up. Next time you use a hammer incline press take a look at arms and when you set it down if it lines up with the rubber stopper. The old ones bang on. New ones…. Horrible. It almost seems like it was assembled wrong.
I’ve watched your previous with Ben user why you pressing the way he taught you and allows more flared out ? Did you have to drop Moving heavier weights to this ? As in are the weights lower and harder and you feel it better then just heavy lifting
You could keep an arc to turn off front delts, but just put bench a few degrees higher. Front delts are turned off, and You hit upper chest. No problem.
