Theres a mission that explains why the oc from Xenoverse 1 is back, towa went back in time to stop trunks from summoning him, erasing him in the procces
Globku: Why does the Fruit from the Tree of Might have the same aura as the dark magic? Everyone: How about read the last sentence you oddly didn’t highlight
Also Globku: How was the main protagonist from XV1 back, I thought Towa erased them? Everyone: You’ve literally stopped the change in history that prevents your XV1 from being wished by Shenron.
14:46 Wait, wym “they didn’t explain it”? There is quite literally a mission of you beating Towa’s ass, because she is trying to destroy Shenron from the beginning of the first Xenoverse. If she does that, your character from the first game is never created and that shatters the entire Xenoverse timeline. You beat Towa, it fixes history, character is reestablished into history, character saves your bacon.
@@GlobkuI guess it has been near a decade since you beat XV1. Liked the video, might have been a touch rough on the dark energy thing. Always saw it as Towa getting more magic juice to spend as things escalate.
@@Globku In The Xenoverse 1 Opening (And Also In Like After The First 10 Minutes Of Gameplay) We See Trunks Wishing To Make A Powerful Warrior Appear, In Which Instantly Cuts To The Character Creation, The Return To In-Game And Shows That Your Patroller Was Summoned By Shenrom/Trunks Towa Destroys Shenron Seconds Before Trunks Wishes You Patroller To Appear, Hence Why He Dissapeared, Your Xeno 2 Parroller Defeats Towa And Allows Past Xeno-TrunksTo Sucessfully Summon Your Xeno 1 Character And That Makes Him Re-Appear In The Present
Created? The xenoverse one and two protagonist are from different timelines wich is why they can enter time stuff and not being harmed unless it directly involves them like summoning shenron to summon our xenoverse one character like how Goku wanted to bring a ssg to earth to fight Beerus
I actually like how Glo literally pulls out the wiki to say "Why does the fruit from the tree of might do the same thing as random dark magic" despite the fact that on the same screen it says after "Infused with power of the demon realm" showing the power up actually has nothing to do with the fruit and the fruit is never brought up again past Namak. It really shows how pointless the movie characters are though because all of them just show up to be goons
So no one gonna mention when he glossed over the fact that the fruit in order to have the villainous mode attached it. If you read just beyond what he highlighted about villainous mode "or by eating the fruit from the tree of might INFUSED with the power of the demon realm. Also the dark magic behaves pretty similarly to oh... I don't know BABADI'S magic. The strength increases in proportion to the preexisting strength of who the magic is being used on. Why do you think that Vegeta undergoing majin mind control had a vastly bigger boost than Spopovich. I'm not one to defend poor writing and yes Xenoverse is a ton of poor writing, just when facts or context is provided it gotta be referenced.
14:36 actually if I remember this correctly, how your character was erased in the first place because Towa stopped shenron from summoning the Xenoverse 1 warrior So Towa being beaten before that could happen undone the Xenoverse 1 warrior being erased
Yes that’s correct, he probably just forgot about it, but in that mission it takes place in Toki toki (the main hub for Xenoverse 1). You literally stop Towa from erasing your character.
@@UCDitto Fu it probably going to be the only thing he likes about, cause that's how I feel. Fu actually makes things interesting. lol And the relationship he has with the Rookie is actually the dynamic of one responsible friend and the irresponsible rule breaker friend who both loves to have fun.
7:10 You missed the last line that says that the fruit from the tree of might has to be infused with power from the demon realm, the same power that Towa provides when granting Villainous mode in the first place. 14:38 Also, how do you miss the mission where you go back to the beginning of the first game and prevent Towa from erasing the Xenoverse 1 hero's presence? (Not existence, just prevents them from being summoned in the first game. They still exist, they just weren't involved in the first game's events, which has a cascading effect, they show this prior to Towa stealing the egg)
Alt. Timeline Globku: Oh great she’s one of THOSE characters (ie self insert merry sues, fitting that this games story is just one bad deviant art fanfic)…
@@markmorales7958...What? Towa was literally so weak. She was NOT a mary sue (She DIED by her OWN creation). Idk if I read this wrong, but if you're saying TOWA is a Mary sue, you're genuinely wrong.
@@kaskelotten77 "a type of female character who is depicted as unrealistically lacking in flaws or weaknesses. "she was not a ‘strong woman’ so much as an insufferable Mary Sue"" Towa is powerful, but without her time hacks, she's one of the, if not the weakest main antagonists in Dragon Ball.
I like to view the Villainous mode as the Demons' equivalent to Kaioken. So it gives a moderate boost that amps an enemy roughly beyond the strength of the storyline. Using the fruit of the tree of might then gives an amp to that Villainous boost. The Bardock mask surpresses memories but also serves as a way to make Bardock stronger through the games storyline so he can go SS3 by the end of it. The space between time is where you fight Demigra (and where he's been locked away) in the first game so I like the call back. This is obviously all head-canon but the thing with Dragon Ball is that its always had that "theres a vague silent plot going on alongside the spoken one" so Xenoverse 2 story really feels like it captured the Dragon Ball essense thats always been present in the series
@@picugaming I appreciate you mentioning that. I personally forgot it was a thing because the Bardock mask overshadowed that happening to others in my mind hahaha
@@Crystantemum Then also Super Villian Mode I think does everything that Villainous mode does, but has an increase to power for the user's life energy.
I think you're thinking about this too hard, Towa has dark magic that can be infused into anything, it's like babidi's magic that he uses on other people , although don't necessarily have to be evil for it to work. The "villainous mode" is an amp and the tree of might, helps it spread faster in other timelines. Also I don't know how you missed this but Towa just goes back in time and destroys the event that summoned the Xv1 avatar and that's why both the timenest and your previous avatar are erased in the process. You go back in time to stop that from happening. It's a pretty simple plot, they go back in time and gather energy from distortions they create, specifically to bring the demon realm into the living universe. They do that by having the extra energy created from dark magic and the fruit get beat out of them and collect it, probably because magic isn't the same is ki and the 2 need to be infused together for it to work with more powerful characters. Said energy gets transferred to mira because HE is supposed to be the tool that brings the 2 dimensions together. I honestly think that you're trying to big brain something that ain't that complicated.
Agreed. Instead of him just simply absorbing the information and taking it for what it is, he left out some key points to the story that actually makes it make sense. There is literally nothing to overthink.
I love the cutscene where Hit makes fun of our CAC and Goku says that he shouldn't make fun of us because we helped him throughout many dangerous battles. Then he beats the shit outta Hit.
Well that wasn't exactly the same goku every time, it was probably the same one that helped us fight mira, and possibly the one who hangs out in conton city.
I see your points but I would have to disagree because there were a good amount of changes that happened that provided different scenarios and it was evident that Towa was powering up the villains in order to break timelines and gain power, we also see how Mira progresses from a power hungry bodyguard to a martial artist that wants to fight on his own, we also see characters like Turles and Slug plotting against Towa but get double crossed or using Bardock to get more energy. I do admit that Xenoverse 2 has a safe story but it still changes things up and has the main focus be about Towa and Mira like how Demigra was the main villain in the old game.
My biggest pet peeve with the xenoverse games have always been the fact that I cannot kill an enemy/beat the mission until they stop talking. Takes the wind out of my sails
They should and make so much more character customization options lol like skinny or fit buu options, bergamo or beerus race, cerealian race like just go wild on customizing would be fantastic
I doubt it, since Heroes is being deactivated in Japan, and a new dragon ball game is going to be running there, and it seems this new game does not have as much fan service as heroes
"actually, the Supreme Kai of Time doesn't matter at all, she's just a quest giver" is crazy That's like saying King Kai doesn't matter, he just exists to give Goku the Kaioken and Spirit Bomb. Or that Elder Kai doesn't matter, he just exists to give Gohan the Z Sword. Or that Whis doesn't matter, he just exists to give Goku & Vegeta SSB and beyond.
The story would be much better if the actual story was taking place outside of the timelines. This would allow a set timeline of disaster that the Kai of Time can't control. Also, the masks and Towa's erasure could make an interesting Villain if she wasn't constantly losing. Mind control and demon Ki could explain why random characters can push the protagonist. Lastly, Towa's ability to create an opponent like Mira or erase the Hero from Xenoverse 1 could be written to be beyond the Kai of Time, making her a threat to the stability of every timeline. Protect the Kai and the time nest from the demons collecting souls (or time patrollers' energy) to free the demon realm.
My biggest beef with folks is that they trynna compare the XV Series as an act to replace or be a substitute for the Tenkaichi/RB Style DB games. When it was never meant to replace or be its successor. The XV series always more of an Action RPG than an Arena Fighter.
That’s reason why I’m saying rn xenoverse 3 along side the new sparking zero would be the absolute best for dragon ball fans. If xenoverse 3 comes out I absolutely want more races to make like cerealian or misaligned which has random beings like bergamo race, more majin buu skinny or fit buu forms, android races or something so full on customization and that is full focus, it’s our own power fantasy with our own characters while tenkaichi focus actually playing as the characters from official franchise and making them each feel unique as possible. Get these two styles going and it’s just perfect dynamic make both games so great to have
You can still compare them as even if XV is an action RPG it is still is a dragon ball fighting game. It's like saying we can't compare Tenkaichi to Budokai. While yes these games are different they are still dragon ball fighting games and nobody was saying anything when the two were compared back then.
It might not have been “intended” to replace those series, but you must admit the fact those series weren’t even around when XV was most popular sure made it feel that way. That’s like saying the new Arkham VR game isn’t supposed to replace the main Arkham games…. whilst no new Arkham games are being made. It could be true, but it sure doesn’t come across that way.
@@Wolfbroa the only race we are missing is Bio Androids like Cell. You can already create a regular android. But we do need a transformation of a Super Buu type for the Buu CAC’s.
i think you're just ragging on the game for the sake of ragging on it, many of the points you make aren't even true. I get its supposed to be a comedic video, but at least tell the truth.
feel like you might've skipped a few details. it is very clearly explained why the character from Xenoverse 1 disappears and reappears in 2. Like, there's a whole mission dedicated to it. Also, the fruit from the tree of might is infused with power from the demon realm...you literally showed it on screen. I dont think half these things you described in this game are as outlandish or lazy as you say lol. Random powerups happen a lot in this show. SSB Evolved anyone?? Beast?? SSJ Rage?? Bojack?? These villlains are powered by magic. its pretty simple. We've seen it before. I dont think we should really be looking so deep into non-canon supplementary video game tie-ins. Rule of Cool my friend. Dragon Ball Heroes on the otherhand... fuck that nonsense
4:13 “Random power ups” happen a lot in DB, I mean goku goes from being gets like 10x stronger after getting a zenkai boost in namek, goku and Vegeta struggle with Goku black and Zamasu until by the end they are comparable to merged and corrupted zamasu by the end. I mean trunks and goten being able to use ssj3 after only seeing it once and being somewhat comparable to evil buu is even more random than towa and Mira using magic to increase the strength of some people like how Babidi did in the buu arc anyway
For the confusion on John Xenoverse Towa goes back and kills shenron before he can bring the xv1 avatar to Trunks We go back and stop Towa from killing shenron, this makes it so John Xenoverse does meet Trunks and that game can happen as it did That's why they vanished and came back at the end
I've thought for a long time that xenoverse 1 felt like a beta version of xeno 2, with the second game just being the full release. Every time I try to go back to the first game I stop real quick because it feels so bad to play. Edit: Quick edit as well. Xeno 2 didn't really start getting GOOD until they added Fu and his story mode to the game. The first few dlc packs were really low quality (with exceptions like Rose Goku Black and the Zamasu's) and the story's were almost exact copies of the original timelines. Once Fu was introduced though the game devs gave us (the player) more choices and routes to chose from (something they unfortunately do not do as much nowadays).
@@MrWashed_ the literal only two things I miss from Xeno are are Demigra's involvement as a villain, and being transformed in cutscenes (something they likely removed due to giant form and purification).
@@joselosuckI never really understood why XV1 even had to be made. Its practically just a beta for XV2. They could've just waited another year to release it and added all of the improvements XV2 brought which is basically what ended up happening anyways considering XV2 couldn't have been in development for more than 1 year.

@@blazeknight2629 zenkai boost was thrown out the the window literally after the Buu saga due to the fact of power scaling stop making sense and even toryiama and them admitting how stupid and confusing it was getting. And even with Zenkai not being a thing anymore the scaling in dragon ball is still stupid, confusing and even sometimes inconsistent. And this is dealing with the GAME story, not the actual dragon ball super and z story. Where as Xenoverse story is all over the place and definitely makes zero sense as we the players are just pups yet manage to handle a cracked out boosted up Raditz on our first go. So there’s no way you watched this man’s entire breakdown on XENOVERSE story and said he didn’t have a point by trying to bring up…..DBZ story… which has nothing to do with Xenoverse story.
@@Lucaribrix What you just said makes no sense since the whole point of xenoverse is fixing DB story. Like it’s not like this game is using the power of some other anime and using said anime’s power to fix the DB story, but actually using the DB power system. What part of it is that confusing?
@@blazeknight2629 or you just lack comprehension of what’s being said? You’re the one went off about Zenkai Boost and the dragon franchise and all I stated was how Zenkai Boost is a system is thrown out of the window and the reason as to why. Which again it is. And again you just sat here and watched this man go into detail of how this story is all over the place in areas and still find the words to ask how is it confusing? You have no valid explanation as to how it isn’t other than “at least they are using DB power system”… that doesn’t mean anything 😂 So I don’t know if you’re just heavily a fan for Xenoverse or a person who will just accept anything and everything that deals with Dragon Ball no matter how it turns out. And if so that’s completely fine and okay. But the “story” in Xenoverse in itself is not only repetitive (which I’m not going to nitpick about that because every dragon ball game is repetitive story wise) but it makes no sense at times and could’ve been better off without a story
Took this guy a decade to 'understand' that he just didn't like how the story played out (for again, a decade old game), where it was explicitly shown in the first game how such powers showed up in the first place. He gets Turles's own name wrong, and skims a wiki for 'information' on something he's clearly farming for clicks for his own 'content.' Man, I knew DBtubers were notoriously trash but this was especially aggravating. He could have just said 'I don't like this story', instead of spending nearly 20 minutes whining like an entitled brat over a story he was already predisposed to not be interested in.
You quite literally play an entire quest to stop Towa from killing Shenron when he was attempting to summon the hero from the first game which prevented him from being erased from history. I don't know what you mean it wasn't explained.
The DLC for this game is the textbook definition of a Rollercoaster because on the one-hand, there is more of just spontaneous power-ups but on the other hand, they're finally allowed to get crazy and fun with the scenarios.
Bro its Dragon Ball. Every Power up has never been Justified. I mean What is Fake Super sayain. Whatever Trunks got during the Black era, Goku absorbing the Spirit Bomb. Come on the game is meant to be fun shlocky mess not something you need to dig really deep into.

Hybrid saiyans already had extreme potential and the 2 of them did a perfect fusion which multiplied the power several times over to have the power required to go ssj3 in the first place. Dragon ball does doesn't always just sling a power their way, they often times utilize the character's history for a thematically justified power up.
I think you misunderstand sayian super forms they are multipliers so do multiply your base level so a sayian who has a stronger base will have a stronger ssj form that’s why base or at least ssj goku could beat current fat buu where as ssj3 was needed before. But the dark form still sucks in xenoverse because it is just different every time and it’s unclear what type of power up is it. Is it a small increase a multiplier or exponential it’s unclear and kinda just changes to what ever they need
there is a ton of information you dont know... Towa and Dabura are siblings... the villainous mode has background as to why it happens... random characters dont just POP UP... the whole premise of the game was to FIX time and towa and mira were literally picking up villains from alternate time lines to cause chaos that created more energy they needed to break the seal on the demon realm. And xenoverse too explains how the villains exist. they are alternate timelines existing as branches on the main timeline. What exactly do you think you are gonna play when playing a dragonball game tho? its literally the only story it has... of course ur gonna replay it everytime a game comes out.. xenoverse 1 and 2 are no different but at the same time they have their own story attached to it. feels like you pressed skip alot...
Maybe because the what if scenarios in sparking zero actually look interesting unlike xenoverse which is just what if the villian was slightly more stronger
If they ever make a Xenoverse 3, these are my big wishlist items: 1. A completely new and original story starting from square 1. I don't care if this means the title of the game has to be different, I'm tired of playing through DBZ's story and slight what-if differences aren't enough for me anymore. Get a new lore going on where we start with the very beginning of Dragon Ball and have things branch out in a new direction entirely from there. Have characters with different backstories and personalities from before, give them new techniques and transformations they didn't have originally, give them new character arcs and have them be introduced in a new order and have consequences in the story because of this and everything like that. Most importantly, put some proper love and care into the storyline instead of just making it to sell merch. Try to make this alternate version of history make sense in line with the rules set in place by the original story. 2. Make ground combat more viable. Flying is cool and all but it's nice to be able to duke it out on land from time to time. 3. Bring back the idea of the player cac being the main protagonist, but actually give them a proper personality with voice acting in cutscenes and such. If this means we get fewer choices of voices, so be it. I'm tired of playing as a smiling slab of cardboard. Also, have powers such as the ability to fly be things that unlock over time for a sense of progression, even if that means the player is stuck running around on the ground in combat early on into the game. 4. Fix the stamina break mechanic. Giving yourself lots of stamina to work with is a painful double edged sword in XV2 because it makes stamina break way too overpowered. My suggestion would be for stamina break to stun you for a fixed period of time rather than lasting the entirety of the time it takes for your stamina to recharge. 5. Implement local and online coop in story missions. I don't care if this means only the host/player 1 shows up in cutscenes, I want to play through the story with my friends. 6. More playable races to choose from. How about the Kai and Demon races? Also Yardratians and other races such as the Greys (Jiren's race), Dyspo's race, etc. Also, more body type options for the Majin race. Being fat or slim being gender dependent is stupid. Let us make Super Buu looking characters as males.
I’m not gone lie this a horrible take bro it’s literally for fun y’all don’t complain about connections being the same game since forever literally 1 to 1 with this just replaying the story we all know with 4-5 new characters to play with legit no changes at all. You gotta Stop that Globku uu lost hella aura & viewers after this.
"Xenoverse story is in line with Heroes." No. Xenoverse, and Heroes, are in line with Dragon Ball Online. A number of history points in that game and character designes being done by Toriyama himself. Inluding Mira, Towa, the idea of Fu and evem the Supreme Kai of Time. Like, if were going to say we understand something, understand it.
14:38 Wait, are you being wrong on purpose? You literally play the mission where you stop Towa from rewriting history by making it so Trunks couldn't summon the XV1 protag. It's not that Towa could just erase people from existence, you played the game, you saw Towa rewrite history by killing Shenron so the XV1 protag wouldn't be summoned, so when you fix history, the XV1 protag is back and saves you. It's like you're making the game sound worse than it already is.
Do you how cool it would to be make a Xenoverse style game from other Anime franchises instead of rehashing the generic arena fighter idea ? Like I'd kill for a proper Naruto verse game where you create your ninja, set your home village and start off small genin but eventually become bigger,be part of the ninja war and heck you'll even get to be a kage. or what about a Demon Slayer Verse game with the same idea but you grow and eventually become a hashria ? or how about One piece,You get choose which pirates you'll be a part and simply experience the story from a different lens. There are endless possibilities and that's exactly why i love and respect Xenoverse..

It's always inaccurate to use saiyan transformations to rank powerlevels, without specifying which saiyan at what time was using it. The reason is, that those transformations are nothing else than multiplicators of the CURRENTLY USED power. You can clearly see, that the requirements in terms of strenght to unlock any transformation, is far below of what saiyans are capable of doing without a transformation.. bardock as a low level fighter turned into a pretty weak super saiyan and goku specifically even used ssgss to train krillin... He and gohan also used a very weak super saiyan to train the maintainability before the cell games. However, there seems to be a minimum requirement, that drastically goes up for super saiyan 2 and especially 3, in terms of power, but also energy consumtion and so capacity... You can argue that unlock requirements for the god forms also exist, but other than ss 2 and 3, it seems possible to use those forms with pretty low powerlevels, similar to regular super saiyan transformations before 2,3 and ultra of course.
@@Legoshiiman sparking zero gonna come and go I promise bro. They gonna act like they love it but it’ll probably die off in a few months like most unbalanced fighting games.
Alternate title: hating on xenoverse 2 because of convenient transformations when it’s literally been a thing in dragon ball forever. Same thing with his complaints about magic. This was a rare Globku L
7:03 Finish what you’re reading, the fruit only gives the evil aura when it’s infused with power from the demon realm aka Towa’s magic. They even explain that in the story
Bruh globku really complained about the plot devices in a video game like "oh the powerup is too convenient" like that doesn't help them have more character options without having to come up with complicated contrived reasons to have the character power up. Its a video game I don't think it's that egregious
AND THEN COMPLAINED ABOUT THE EXPLANATION CAUSE IT USES MAGIC, SOMETHING CANON TO THE FUCKING UNIVERSE! 😂 it literally isn't "the same as the effects of the fruit" the fruit was a vessel for the magic in the first place I can't even finish this video I'm getting heated
Bro as an anime fan most anime games are ass but this isn’t one of them. Idk how he didn’t like it but then again the rest of the games he likes are the opposite of this. Just bad taste I guess lol
I strongly disagree about the story. Is it anything special? Hell No! Could it have done way more? Absolutely! Is it bad? Not by a long shot. Everything that happens in the story is explained just enough to where it can be understand, but leaves room for theories, and the possibility to be explored later. Xenoverse, and Supreme Kai of Time make more sense in the broader DragonBall Universe. In a bubble Xenoverse has a lot of holes, but if you take in context from other DB Media(like Heroes)its role starts to make a bit more sense. Sure, Random Character, and Power-up Number 37 can be pretty lazy, but the Fruit from the Tree of Might, and Towa's Dark Magic have explanations(as others have pointed out, further down the wiki page it literally explains how the two function in conjunction). Towa's plan to get the egg can be seen as out of nowhere, but they literally show he fondling it in the intro cutscene, and her gathering power/energy is a separate, but semi-related goal. She's gathering Energy to Power Up Mira so that he can be used to Bring Forth the Demon Realm, and also use his power to storm the Time Nest is need be(however that doesn't go as planned, but the Time Patrol Manages to fix the problem for her by taking the mask). The XV1 Character's disappearance, and Reappearance are fully explained(others have already done it so I wont). Bardock does and doesn't make sense. His power-up does make sense, but his purpose for being there is just how easy it was to take him unnoticed combined with his potential as a Saiyan. We don't know how long the main Xenoverse 2 Story takes over(I believe we only know the Age it starts, not Age it ends). So it could be a week, a month, a year, etc. All we know is that it's long enough where our character has enough time to get on the level of DBS Level Characters. On top of that, we don't know how long before the XV2 Story starts, that Towa took Bardock. So in theory Bardock could've been under her control for Years. The Mask Bardock wears gathers energy just like Mira(presumable not as much, but enough to passively make Bardock stronger), plus he's a Saiyan, so when we fight him he gets stronger as well(plus any other fight he's participated in off screen). So his power-up makes sense. When he is freed from Towa's control, he is not only Angry, but he has all the new power he's gained on top of having complete control over his body. The Masked Saiyan/Time Breaker Bardock couldn't go Super Saiyan even though he was strong enough to, because he was an emotionless puppet. So once Bardock was free he had all his built up Anger unleashed, which unlocked SSJ, then SSJ2, then SSJ3(he was able to push himself to SSJ3 because he's seen it, so he knows it can be done). I guess it could still be considered an Ass Pull, but in the 2nd Bardock Special he did go SSJ against Lord Chill, and that Bardock would be astronomically weaker than Time Breaker Bardock. Based on all the evidence provided from DragonBall media, and the knowledge we have from official Toriyama DragonBall, Bardock was probably on the cusp of going Super Saiyan when he confronted Frieza. The only things he was probably missing were some more power, and more time. This is of course mostly for DBZ Bardock, DBS Bardock was also probably close, but he didn't seem nearly as angry as Z Bardock(due to not having his friends killed). That's all I'm going to say. I'm not really here to change anyone's minds, just provide reasons as to why I think the story works.
Some of the things you say. Come off as not paying attention. Chronoa? Not important, she's the Supreme ki of time. She's the deity who watches over the flow of time. Bardock's here because his popular af and has been for years. You have been playing Dragon Ball games for years. Should be pretty clear. He was saved by Towa before being killed by Frezza when destroying planet Vegeta. Look into Xenoverse's story. It's been around way before Xenoverse 1. It's not hard do research. Yeah, the Xenoverse version of cast are massively more powerful then the main series characters. It's just how it is. Random power ups in Dragon Ball, is Dragon Ball in general. Especially Super. This isn't hard. You have glasses on but still don't read. Congratulations on a click bait title. Perfect for your content. Lies and no truth.
Yeah, it's funny because they added the whole XV1 campaign to it and it plays so much better, but some of the levels were just bad. I'm looking at you forced Ginyu body mission!
If the timeline changes it produces a scroll If the time vault fills up with scrolls it can cause the vault to end up destroyed and if the vault is destroyed the universe vanishes. Chronoa exists to fuse the scrolls back into 1 to prevent that from happening, that is her main purpose aside from raising Toki Toki. You talked about it earlier. Towa acts similar to Babidi and gathers damage energy that can be produced from battle. This can then be used to revive the demon realm. Which if the demon realm comes back it replaces the current universe.
14:48 There's a whole mission explaining how he comes back so either you skipped the cutscenes, or killed Towa too fast. Towa removed him from the timeline by keeping Trunks from wishing for a strong warrior in XV1. You notice a time scroll has been tampered with (which is the one where Trunks did that) so he gets put back in the timeline. Then all he has to do is travel back to the time nest, which time patrollers can do at any time.
My biggest issue with the XV2 story mode is the fact that even now, nearly 8 years since release, we are still FORCED to play it everytime we make a new character.
That’s not the main timeline trunks. That’s Xeno Trunks, similar to Xeno Goku. Secondly Xenoverse is based off of Heroes. Which is actually has a promotional anime. You can’t expect a super well thought out story when it’s already a spin off of promotional material.
We know because of the Moro Arc that Magic in the Dragon Ball Franchise is just Bullshit powers. LIterally, its the ability to just do whatever the fuck, it doesnt really have rules, its literally cheating. Thats why the Villanous Mode doesnt seem to make sense, but it does, BECAUSE MAGIC. Literally Moro Magic, to just use the energy in something or someone, and Give it to someone else.
The XenoVerse and super dragon ball heroes timeline or storyline are linked they exist in the same universe or multiverse, but if you wish to experience the Story properly then read the super heroes manga
thy do tell you where the previous mc came back from befor towa teleport to the time nest she destroy shenron but you travel back in time to stop her and the moment with shenron was in the beginning of the first game where trunks summon shenron to summon someone to help witch is the first games mc so towa destroy shenron there made so thy disappear but then you stop her witch brings them back
One of my biggest achievements to this day is getting the platinum trophy for the original Xenoverse 1 on the PS4. What a pain in the a** it was to 100% Xenoverse 1. So many hours I have on that game.
Empowered by being evil due to magic. Sounds an awful lot like the Majin effect from Babidi. An existing mechanic within Dragonball that we already knew about. Is that what Towa is doing? No. It's her own version but it's close to something else that does exist. That said, still nebulous and outrageous.
I definitely agree with scrutinizing why certain characters ie. Lord Slug are in the story. But I do find the complaints about the random power-ups to be inconsistent. Don't get me wrong. You bring up valid points about most power-ups having a relatively consistent scale and bringing in new things kind of just means characters are as strong as they need to be for the story (which while lazy writing is necessary to tell this specific type of story). But that power being sourced from the Tree of Might doesn't suddenly make it a good power-up. The fundamental flaws are still there regardless of whether it's dark magic or the tree of might. The reason the Tree of Might is an acceptable plot point is because it draws from planets and put Earth on a timer, not because the level of power and rules established for it are clear. And it set up for an ironic end with Goku drawing power from the tree to defeat Turles. In the context of Xenoverse, they just get infinite trees from the seeming ether. And because you're not attached to any particular timeline, the fact that it requires destroying a planet doesn't matter. And even if they adjusted the plot so that it did, with the amount of fruits they had it would be a constant repetitive slug of "destroy this tree before random planet in random timeline gets destroyed".
You do know any Xeno character like Goku, trunks, vegeta, Pan and even your cac folds Zeno......its shown in both heros and the game that xeno Goku in base is stronger than zeno
the lore originated from dragon ball online and villains mode isn’t a bad thing it comes from the tampering of Towa demigra fu etc and if they are not their to amp them they are most likely from other timelines and Bardock was recruited for the reason of “the book of beginning and end” held by the supreme Kai of time and Bardock is basically they key to time trunks is also not the trunks you know. Tokitoki is needed for existence. He is also stronger than Zeno. In xenoverse Zeno is honestly like the weakest character. And yes Bardock was under mind control supreme Kai of time holds time and can casually merge timelines together. She can also make warriors from memory’s and those versions are the characters that help you in missions and characters in conton
i just beat xenoverse 2, i didnt play the first one, and i personally had a hard time understanding the game for like the first 30 hrs maybe. i bought the bundle, and i was like, how do i access the dlc characters? wheres the content? then i realized where the content was, and then i was bummed. i dont play online btw. so i unlocked gogeta, and i havent gone back to the game in like 3 weeks now. is kakrot a better game?
@14:36 They literally show you how Be the hero of Canton City comes back. You straight up correct the timeline that was erased from him. They explained it right there.
