That "heal" button isn't for healing them, it's a portable refill for your injections, like the one you probably encountered before. Their armor set also gets you more injections when worn.

Nano Cores do indeed get any of your armor pieces or weapons to MK5, I would save them for your weapons at the moment as you won't get anymore for quite awhile. No one had put all the Creoworld Audio logs on youtube when I played through it so they are all up on my channel if you missed any.

I fell in love with the Pax Imperator V2,0 single rigged early in my playthrough, so I used a Single Rigged probably 70% of my playthrough. A good opening attack with a single rigged is to sprint at the enemy and press attack while still sprinting. This triggers a slide attack which is faster than a standing R1 attack. From the slide attack, combo into another R1 which is a fairly quick jab. Another option is to open with a forward hop + R1 which is you hold the single rigged up like a shield and slam it into the enemy with your forearm.

Creo World is definitely one of the best parts of the game. You can tell they took everything they learned from making the base game, and improved upon it for the DLC. Even though Carbon Cat's hitboxes are still kind of BS. Plus, you find out that poor Warren just wanted to be able to walk again. So after seeing the Lumberjack Show, he got hired at Creo so he could get an exo rig. But that just meant he inadvertently walked face first into a corporate apocalypse. He's even still wearing that Iron Maus shirt Elizabeth got him, even if it is a bit bloody now. There is unfortunately no way to save Helvig, or any of the other S&R guys. Their brains were too thoroughly melted by THE SURGE. So don't feel too bad about chopping them up like everyone else. The reason Largo told you manual control was disabled on the Rusty Spring tower is because that's where the two halves of the DLC are separated. Normally, you take the tower up to fight Helvig, then it gets locked and you can't make any more progress in Creo World until you get to R&D in the main game. Then, once you come back, you can take the Firestarter down to the lower area, and unlock the Tower as a shortcut from below. I guess the dialogue just got confused since you already did all that after R&D. Those infested mascots are a huge pain to fight. Massive reach and massive damage. But, if you cut off their big left arm, not only do you get a nice staff weapon, it also makes them a lot less dangerous. I love the design of the Carbon Cat boss. How he starts as the normal mascot, then pulls in parts of the statue from the courtyard, and some of the crashed S&R helicopter to create the second phase. And the Scrapglave v2.0 is a nice elemental heavy duty weapon. The overhead ground slam attacks will leave a "nano mine" that sits on the ground, and explodes if an enemy touches it.
