Sypher was my go-to tutor when I started playing way back in Chapter 1. He's still a good teacher for beginner/intermediate players, but advanced? Not so much. I like the video in which Sypher hired a pro (Clix?) to play for him against Bugha, and within about ten seconds, Bugha was like, "bro, that's not you playing."
@@TIBE_ Indeed. If not for him, I certainly wouldn't be playing all these years later. I would have gotten way too tilted as a noob in Chapter 1 (pun intended, sorry)
@@TIBE_not really tbh, I’d say reisshub’s educational content is more for like decent players trying to take the next step in their gameplay to become good or even great players. I wouldn’t say his content is for advanced players cause no offense to you or anyone else but pretty much every advanced player already knows everything in this video
Games with really high skill caps be like that. You spend a few years getting "good" enough to do all the stuff you thought was almost impossible when you started, only to get bodied by a bunch of people who are ranked higher than you, but still way below pro. That's when you realized the huge chasm between having the technical ability to be a top player, and actually being one. This difference in perspective is especially obvious to me in Smash Melee, but it also happens with basically any skill: as you get better, you see the idea of actually getting good recede from you as you improve _a la_ when you start sliding down from the peak of the Dunning-Kruger curve.
Thankful gamer dad here. Trying to learn this bloody complex game. Reminded me about one of my prevalent mistakes - autopilot editing. At the very least I'll be more aware of it. Thanks. UldisBiz.
It’s always a great day when reisshub makes a video, props to this man he deserves all the love he gets, what a video and I can’t wait to see your channel grow even more
I really like videos like these where they cover the small things that really matter. This is what separates a pro player from someone whos just really good.
One of the things I wish you had mentioned was his movement during rotations or just going around. Some of them was on IGL Noah but some were not. he was to afraid about being slow that he was using his sprint too soon and also still jumping forwarding which immediately going to use ur spring. as I see player like clix or even myself in really lower rank when I rotate I do lots of side slide which make you harder target and doest need sprint and you can watch other player. another problem also during rotation was unnecessary tags during rotation in bad position when if you don't hit the other player they also going to rotate but if you shot them it will be lose lose scenario when both teams slow down in storm. one good but extreme example of this one is Malibuca during Semi final qualifier when he just run with other player and no one tag the other one because they know there is no need for surge and it just make your rotation slower.
Me when I see Sypher playing on normal speed: Bro, he's actually decent! Me when I see Sypher playing with commentary from Reisshub: Oh.... Not that decent!
syphers main weakness is his decision making because he does indeed have good aim and mecs because he’s managed to beat ronaldo in a 1v1 build fight first to 5
I learned so much from watching this video. I auto edit all the time and now I will know what to look for! Thanks to sypher and Noah for showing me how to be a better player, and to reisshub for showing me how to be THE BEST player I can be
