When I bleed the system on mine, I give the fuel system 5 minutes to gravity feed, then hold the Decompression Lever and run the starter for 30 seconds. I turn off and release the lever, then run the starter and 95% of the time it'll start right up. If not, it might take 1 or 2 more cycles.

@IDI Diesel Yeah those steps probably would of helped me. I think a big issue was not enough cranking power from the batteries at first. Unfortunately how I had my Turbo setup, my charge pipe is in the way of the decompression lever. I will be changing that though.

Had a run on with my Arctic Cat turbo diesel once. Was 0 F and the oil pressure caused a seal in the turbo to fail. Changed to 0W40 in winter from Rotella T6 5w40. The Cat runs very high oil pressure when cold. 0W40 brought it down a bit.
