You left the most beautiful part,in my opinion the best part is from Westlands to Haille Sellasie Exit.There you go past the most picturesque buildings on Waiyaki way.The Mirage,GTC, etc
Very true Keren. No matter what the situation, Home is always best. This not withstanding, Kenyans also love Uganda for other things e.g. Delicious and organic foods. The Matoke and Roast Chicken even along the highways is really great. I miss UG.

@@truth_and_truth It must be that you fear eating roadside food coz of poisoning...I also did when I first visited UG. However, I learnt that the vendors are thoroughly vetted by Public Health Officials...in all Roasted Chickens I ate from Jinja to Kabale..I had no food poisoning...what more, they are very delicious.
Fiffi, is that nice Enrtebbe- Kampala road a bypass or a toll road? The Nairobi one bypasses the city centre traffic jams. With all that oil and gold, i believe Uganda will have superstructures very soon. How about that beautiful Jinja (?).
Having oil and gold doesn’t necessarily equate to prosperity and development! A very good example within Africa is Nigeria 🇳🇬 and DRC 🇨🇩 Unless Uganda 🇺🇬 manages its oil properly, you can be sure nothing is going to change for the better even after oil revenues start to flow! And another factor to keep in mind is that the demand for oil is diminishing as the world shifts towards renewable energy and Electric Vehicles!
Yet kenya only exports tea and maybe small quantity of coffee. The biggest resource in kenyavis the people. Everyone is self driven with development mindset. And we appreciate every little progress and take good care of it. If I have to die and land into another country, my god let it be my motherland Kenya. I love with all your dramas mama 😂😂😂

I'm a Kenyan based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Nairobi expressway begun being constructed when had just departed from kenya.. I can't wait to use it when I shall return by mid next year. Well I can actually tell you the reason why Kenya's expressway is as expensive as compared to that of Uganda, is because, of the length in terms of distance. Kenya's expressway charges go by the distance covered from one end to another. Whereas the Uganda expressway has fixed charges applied to users of your expressway road.
This project is a private project that kenyas are paying 80 bn today for though toll fells , its heart breaking that with all the loans uhuru took and losing 2 bn a day he couldnt construct this road with our taxes that was initially 65 bn, and now as kenyas truggle to clear the loans we are sady also payig for the infrastructure they were supposed to construct. Double tragedy. m not so sure about that , for me he is like a parent who sold land/ used is as colateral for loan and instead of taking his children to school and invesing in other wealth generating projects he decoded to buy facy expensive toys and take the children out every weekend eating chapo nyama and blueband Dailly, when the dies [ retires ] the mothet [next gvnt ] finds out that she had a loan to pay elese the will be auctioned with her kids she also realizes their is nothing in thr back accounts and no income generating investment done . They have to switch from blueband to one or two meals a day to manage to pay for the loans and avoid being auctioned [high taxes and less subsidies] . The children dont like it alot and they keep saying if only dady [kenyatta] was here we would be living our best life. During dad's time we used to have bread and blueband in the morning , go out every sunday etc.
Nairobi is crazy serious about development, at 8:02 on your left is the iconic Uhuru public park , if you look closely inside you could see an aeroplane inside , it was bought by the Nairobi government from the military then they turned it into a restaurant , how crazy is that 😂

This should be extended to Uganda too, we're EAC and we should be equal...... I think Ugandans you're reluctant, because my new passport and and a Tanzanian reads East African Community, why are you guys adamant? Uganda express way is also great. What creates the difference between the two countries is that Kenya's expressway is connected to other great road networks such as the Eastern, Northern and , Southern by-passes. This is not forgetting the over 40km Nairobi Super Highway which at some areas stretch to 16 lanes (8 on either side). The Nairobi Expressway is also Unique because because a long portion of it is elevated...making one feel that you are flying.. 🤣🤣
You got into the express way at the Eastern bypass terminal...that's not where the express way begins from..you are at the forth terminal from the begining of the express way..
But whenever you are walking in the streets of Nairobi, especially downtown, you have to be extra careful with your gadgets, they can be collected anytime. In Nairobi any stranger is treated as a suspect.
Wtf!? I've lived my whole life (over 25 years) in this city and have never been a victim or witnessed snatching firsthand... Stop scaring tourists by overdramatizing petty random things that are common in most major cities.. you're just painting a bad image and labeling our country as unsafe for visitors. i was told the same when i visited Nairobi this year....i could not take a lot of pictures and videos because of this....and i heard that even police can harass you for that.
Better you,some of us Kenyans have never seen it🤣🤣.....but with the Kenyan in us won't allow us to tell you we have never been in Nairobi let alone express way,😂😂😂..we see it in RU-vid 😂😂
