Man I wish there were unique intros like Meta Knight kicking away a Sword before fighting Kirby to reference if you wait too long before grabbing the sword in Star Allies
Insane gamplay from both players! At 1:45 when Riddles notes dash->drop plat->uair is too slow, cd->drop plat->uair would actually be fast enough--Kazuya needs even MORE crouch dash apparently 😆
To the people in the comments mentioning AndresFN, I do think he is better than Jazzho but remember that Andres is not a solo Ken player, he also plays Ryu (and sometimes Kazuya) and his Ryu is an absolute beast.
@@adriancap6389he's up there too... Honestly it's beneficial for shoto players to be competent at parrying. That why most of them are above average at it. Kola isn't bad at it either. And be plays Roy / Cloud.
Hey Riddles! I have been playing Smash Ultimate lately and have been inspired to play Kazuya but I dont have it so I am going to save up my money to buy it! But I currently am playing Little Mac because his KO punch is broken and he is EXTREMELY underrated. Anyway, see ya!
Ken and Ryu actually have some of the best grabs frame data wise as far as I know. Frame 6 startup, 27 end lag, 34 total. For reference Kazuya's is frame 7, 32 end lag, 39 frames total. Jigglypuff, has 2 frames less end lag ,and Pichu has 3 less frames end lag. Dark pit, Dr Mario, Duck Hunt, Falco, Hero, Joker, Kirby, Link, Lucina, Mario, Marth, Mii's, Mr. G&W, Plant, Pit, Squirtle and Wii Fit Trainer all have the same frame data as the shotos'. The ranges are tied 9th worst though (Technically #9 and #10), which makes them a lot worse. Every other grab in the game is worse purely by the frames, but size is better for almost 90% of the cast.
@@ryan_raus Just used Ultimate Frame Data. I don't think it's super useful info, but riddles saying shotos grab is slow is just not true. It's as fast as they come.
Its not the frame data its the range. I whiff so many grabs on people who are smashing my shield. I mean look at that clip. Kaz is literally punching his shield and doesn't get a grab. Even Riddles thought he should have gotten the grab punish.
What are the inputs to preform that move that stuns them in place? Not electric, the one that like hits them in the gut? Something like that I tried to see his inputs but I’m trying to make sure please someone
For future reference, that move is called Demon Godfist. You can slide with it if you do a Crouch Dash Cancel into it. Does hella damage and is actually used to setup for finishers in Kazuya 0-deaths
why would you ever want to grab as ryu and ken ? their grab itself is garbage and their thrown are also garbage, down tilt on shield is like 1000 time better. why jazzo grab at 18:02 while he find a tech chese situation? every move in ken kit will lead into a better reward than grab (the fact that he find a kill at of that is crazy)
Both of these guys are bums regardless if they fought me they get whooped fast I’m pretty sure they don’t fight level 9 cpus everyday the way I do n also I’m just skilled n balanced at this game n trust me it ain’t a boast but I’ll never have the chance to prove my words sadly
