What I'm most surprised about the bathrooms, as bold as they are, they're actually in pretty good shape. For the home being built and the '70s till now. I'm actually Godsmack.

Why do people leave a lot behind when they could be donated to charity and why developers want to tear down a beautiful home just just satisfy their greed of wasting money to tear down homes and spend and waste millions just to build condos. Seems they could rent these homes and make money. Maybe these developers need to go to see the wizard of oz, LOL

The house is indeed Spanish-styled. I’ve seen similar house numbers in central Spain on older houses. Not sure on where the family was from, but the note in the basement is talking about “you did good on your math test” “remember that you can!” And “and remember to take care of your teeth” so it appears to be a note to a child from maybe a parent 🥺
