I'm not pregnant but been sleeping with a pregnancy pillow for the past few weeks and it's WORTH. You don't need to be preggo to use a good pillow!! Highly recommend

I sleep on my side and it used to mess that side of my face until I had a sleep study and got a CPAP. It was the bad quality of sleep associated with sleeping on my side and that side of my face not getting lymph movement .Now my face doesn't droop and I still sleep on my side. So I think more people need a sleep study then they realize at a younger age.

i don’t think sza romanticized toxicity in the song you spoke about. special is just a very vulnerable song about the thoughts that many women go through when we’re insecure. from comparing themselves to other women, to hating other women for being “more” beautiful. in this case, and a lot of the time, this jealousy comes from women centering themselves around a man’s opinion of them. she changed all these unique and special things about her for a loser man who treated her like shit in the end despite causing her to change herself. she ends up regretting the changes that she made and she feels like a loser because she thinks she lost everything that made her special. idk i don’t think special romanticizes that toxic situation at all. she was very honest, raw, and sad. i think the song could make a lot of women feel seen and could help them recognize whether they are in a similar situation before they make the same regretful decisions. i enjoyed the video 🫶
