I try to remind myself that I thought it was a good decision at the time and what can we take moving from that.

I love you so much Tami, what you said about regret is exactly everything I've been struggling with recently, trying to give myself grace and trying to see past it but it was so strong because it was tied in with shame I've been carrying over stuff that isn't even my fault. I have a lot of pressure on me, very high stakes for my life, to do a lot of things very quickly, and hearing you talk about regret and saying everything you did helped me so much! Also I was so apprehensive watching you do your brows but girl you REALLY slayed that! They look so nice!

When I used to dye my hair I used to bleach on day three hair. The hair oils cover the scalp but didn’t get in the way of bleaching my hair too!
