Bro that tool is crazy. You have no idea how hard it is to pick vegetables from the ground for hours a whole summer. After 6 hours your back is SCREAMING. If only I had this back in the day
I study Food Engineering, we study the process of the food even when is on the dirt. Once they said "these are ripe enough, you can harvest as much you want". God, it was difficult harvest just few minutes because the leg where I was supporting started to hurt. As soon as I saw the first seconds my first thoughts were the same as this lad.
Please explain how importing a cheap product made from metal and plastic from china that serves no real purpose other than to make it easier to kneel down is going to help “save the world”.
this would be awesome if it was made for short people and more convenient - i have trouble reaching items on low shelves in stores bc i fall over when i try to get back up and this would be amazing
@@EughhBrothereughhhow do you know he isn't at work all day providing so his wife has the money to do what she likes get off your high horse or if she needs to kneel for her job and he's at home doing house work kinda sexist to assume that
Never do this you have to train your body not search for another way to sit all day. This will make you sick I don’t know what you mean by joint pain but my guess you have joint pain in the first place because you didn’t move enough throughout your life and probably didn’t train all your life so that’s where the pain comes from sitting hurts but you should not search for another opportunity to sit that’s the worst you can do and he is selling this don’t buy it
@@dilhancongar-pn1nd Nah, you yapping a lot about nothing and bring nothing to the table. At least this guy shows the benefits of the item to his joints. Lmao talking about working out, farmers work out a lot more than gym goers.
@@asain3586Ok actually no he is unnecessarily aggresive but has good points a lot of people look for a easy way out instead of listening to and strengthening their body, I was like that worked security for years body hated me then I started getting strong and flexible in the gym, tools like this are nice for someone that needs it true but adults in general don’t move around as much as we should so our body does suffer for it, 2 things can be true at the same time and just because he is aggresive doesn’t mean he is just spouting nonsense
@@isaacluckett4365don't need to strengthen your shits if you find an option that doesn't hurt your shit. Lol this what we been doing for generations making things that make life simpler. Stop ur stupid yapping.
God that moment of him taking off his hat with that face and the sweet string music starting for some reason really hits me in the feels. I love seeing people happy and appreciative of new positive things that make their life easier. Touches something deep inside of me to know someone somewhere is better today than they were yesterday. ❤
This is not only perfect for gardeners, it's perfect for shopkeepers, librarians and more! As an aspiring librarian myself, this makes my chronically ill heart happy.
I'm a decorator, I've had 5 knee surgeries, kneeling is a no go for me for more than about 20-30s. Might have to try this to see if it makes it more bearable
You absolutely should, I’ve had two knee surgeries and bought this 8 weeks ago. Gardening and spring cleanup have never been easier, and I’m probably younger than you are (30). Give it a shot, it really works!!
@@bltnbros122 Haha, you are really naive if you think it's because of one accident. Most people working in manual labor industries, like plumbers and the like, end up getting ruined knees. Constantly kneeling to do your job takes a toll on your body far worse than you could imagine.
no one is gonna believe me but 6 months ago a tiler came to me with this exact same idea, he needed someone to prototype i sent him to someone else because i didn't have time to work on it
I bet it’s been down a thousand times over it just hasn’t had enough traction for a company to continue producing it in the past. I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a wooden death trap looking version of this from the early 1900s
@@mariolauri1921 definitely not useless, I’m just saying we’ve probably thought of this simple idea a bunch of times in the past just no one patented it or anything like that.
i mean knee pads have been a thing for basically forever. And i feel like any advantage this has over a normal kneepad is ofset by it being awkward to walk in, harder to transport and more expensive.
Doing physical labour in the past learnt that it's easier to cheese something, master that routine and just continue. Your body adapts and you're stronger in that regard. Years of hammering wood and sawing with a manual saw gave me a larger right arm. It's just how people work. The tool offers comfort but our bodies adapt
i like that people are finally figuring out what even very basic exoskeleton-type structures can do, it has the potential to open a whole new realm of tools
I love how you encourage people, Heidi. When i began wayching you I hadnt done any real gardening in years. I didnt have anything put up for emergency except the bit in my pantry. Between you, Patera and a few others, I've relearned canning and baking bread. I've invested in a dehydrator, now 2. Knowing you have stuff put away for emergencies is such a relief and comfort. Growing your own food is as well. Thank you for being part of my encouraging group!
It’s a cool concept, feels like there’s a lot that could be added to make it more accessible and beneficial. Hopefully this is just their first design because I’d be interested in a polished version
We had an old lady come into harbor freight when I worked there and she got a set of rolling knee pads for mechanics and 4 pneumatic casters. She replaced the tiny little plastic casters it came with the big 4 inch air tires and would just roll around in her garden.
Wiring receptacles as an electrician. My old mechanic would be proud. He wanted us to wire them while on one knee and yell at us for sitting on bucket to wire them.
Yeah, lol, in a restaurant a woman gives this to her man, asks him to test it out. When he is on his knee, then she gives him a box with a ring for her. He confusedly opens the box and then she takes the ring screaming “yes, yes, yes, I accept”.
i need two of these !! i work at a sub shop that gets super busy sometimes, and we have to kneel down to restock stuff. nobody's putting their knees on our dirty ass floor though, so you're always having to squat down ....
That got to feel heavenly. Im not a gardener nor a worker of any kind, just a college student. But i do house chores and had to kneel pretty often to scrub the bathroom floors because i dont have a long scrubby thing lol.
Its so interesting to me as a disabled person, when I see the ableds using something similar to stuff we've been using for 10, 50, 100 years and being so pleased about it. Ive got a whole leg that does this 😅
Today I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved for strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the blessed machine.
This is awesome, I was a stock clerk at a grocery store for a while and used knee pads. People thought it was silly but I’m not putting my knees on concrete all day! Knee pads will probably do the trick if you don’t wanna walk around with a metal brace. No seat for knee pads though, but that’s the trade off.
I have Parkinson’s at 29 and reaching the ground has been an *_event_* I’m saving up to fix my wheelchair but this is sooooooo next on the list, there are so many ✨things ✨ I could do with this 🥰 Minds outta the gutter! I mean household chores like scrubbing floors and gardening. I wouldn’t need this for bjs anyway, I do that laying down. 👹
😂thank you Kevin. Your facial expressions extraordinarily make me smile. The whistling music wasn't bad neither. Are you going to sell the knee seat in your store? I will look in the description
Whooooooooooaaaaaaaa game changer! Good conversation starter for ya neighbors too. "Oh no what happened are you okay?" "Ooo yeah I'm better than okay now......"😂
The hard shell, two strap gell filled knee pads from tough built are the best i could recommend for that. Im a stocker, im on my knees for like a third of my shift. They are truly life savers.
