@@Battosai Usually small or medium depending on the brand. My shoulder to shoulder length is about 20 inches if that helps

@@Nothingatallllll i’d recommend Large. the XL will fit a little awkward on the shoulders. the neck line is a lot wider and it’s only like half an inch more in length than the L

@@catalinmicu8472 yes i think size L will sit right at the waist for you. I tried on M, L and XL and they’re all similar in length. M was an almost perfect fit, tight on the arms but too tight all around the body. L was perfect for me with a little extra room in the sleeves. XL fit a bit weird on the shoulders and the collar is wider compared to the L. but length of the shirts were all basically the same
