Nice homes. The last one was my favorite and is so affordable. Here in the US some folks pay double to triple those prices just to rent a bedroom in someone's home. Plus he is handsome, so that added to the enjoyment. 😍

This was a better presentation. 👏🏾👏🏾 The bathrooms, I couldn’t see ventilation in the ones with no windows. I may have missed it. The last property was ok, to make it better, I would have preferred a bigger kitchen as the compound space can allow for it.

The one bedders are great base or starter homes for single people coming to research Ghana and it's ideal that those short term lets. The rents are more affordable than most others that I've seen. I apprrciate you showing an affordable property.i wasnt planning to live to Accra ..but maybe cape coast..but ive been seeing places on yotube that rents are thousands usd ..and basic houses for 350,000 usd etc..i appreciate it..thats last one was amazing. Id take it for a year!!

I really like the first one. I wish I would have known about these rental the two times that I visited to Ghana. I stayed 3 weeks the first time and 4 weeks the second time. I must say, this is eye opening and thank you so much!

You have done very well the first house that you showed was very good it is obvious that he has been in Europe and knows how to maintain the building instead of just looking for the fake money the majority of them that is doing rental don't know how to maintain the building yet they want big money

looks like they have lots of land in Tema. I always think of it as a port city. The last property has a big backyard. You can even put another property on the back lot.

A thing I have never understood is why one has to pay a years rent in advance.In most countries including South Africa one pays a months rent as a security deposit and each month in advance.The system in Ghana makes it very hard or near impossible for lower income families to rent properties.A further disadvantage is the lack of things like cooking stoves refrigerators etc.The system needs to be reformed and made more equal for the renters because at the moment it is all stacked against them.

Moving to Ghana in September, need a place when I get to you

The first compound & apartments are lovely. But is ther a kitchen? If I could fit a small free stand bathtub in the bathroom I can see these as a long term home. The apartment for $174 has cute lounge & bedrooms. It seems necessary to buy a stove & fridge? I would also need to buy a kitchen food prep counter & change the sink. At this price returnees can live here while shuttling back & forth for planning & transition. Thanks so much for sharing AFFORDABLE properties. I hear that Tema is a nice place to live & it seems like an interesting place to establish a business.

The very last Hugh compound was the very best place. I just DID NOT like the bathtub, shower, toilet and kitchen area.

Ghanaian beauty, that property is quite nice, with that big space where children can play, and the tenant can host a private party. Quite a spacious house, in and out

I can understand why people may not like the 1st apartment the shower and toilet are within 5ft of each other and one apartment had an electrical outlet in the shower

Great one. Since this weekly or monthly rental, I think it will make a lot of sense if the owner could furnish it. Cos it won’t make sense for someone to buy and move beds, mattresses etc just to stay for a week or month then move everything out. They can consider this idea too.

With my experience if you want to pack to Ghana bear in mind to buy your own house after living in a rented house for 3month if not you would struggle. Simply because if you rent a house and you don't have any means of buissness or any money coming in you would struggle. Please I am being honest. In everything thing we have to weight the both sides. If possible build your own place.If you are serious you can use about 60 or 70 thousand pounds to build a house providing where you will get the land. It doesn't matter where you live in Ghana provided you have your peace. We can always brighten the corner where you are

Thanks for showing us properties that are actually affordable and worth the asking price. It is very frustrating seeing overpriced properties that lack basic amenities. I’ve seen properties for $2500/month for a very basic 2/2 and 1-2 years of rent upfront and they don’t compare to the properties in this video. These prices that you have showed in this video is perfect..... $1000/month is the most I would consider to pay 🤷🏾‍♂️
