when she first came out I used her ult to block a vora trying to execute an inara. Felt so good. Team mates noticed too. Anyway thanks for posting. Watching your videos satiates my paladins hunger.
I used fernado ult to block voras at launch and it glitched me off the floor, stuck me in place the entire game, made me unkillable, and able to damage others.
@@pandyatetuko4315 I transenced the walking plane of existence and became an immovable, unkillable, little tickle damage monster that could surprise no one, not cause a single kill, and just spam voice lines 💅
Barik was an animal in that match, Atlas knew who to target and take out for the team to fall. It was all coordination. Fernando and makoa were all over the place, trying to push point together. Kinessa died a lot from smart evie for the off tank was also point tanking XD. And talus, a very annoying pain in the ass flank in the meta was too scared to flank, or go short range hence the defeat. Fernando did just great.
that’s exactly what happened. talus didnt decide to protect kinessa even tho they were scared to flank and the fernando was doing great but kept trying to help the makoa making them fail lmao
Paladin feels like a hunt the healer game now. Everyone shoots at the healer and once they are down the rest of the team goes. You have to have a really good team to have a good game with 1 healer.
Because healers are at their highest peak right now, you simply can’t kill the backline because they’re topped of in seconds in earlier rounds. So getting the healer out the way ensures that the damage you deal will actually stay
@@arman_llc624 yes i understand that and that is part of the game but i think the healers are way to important and vulnerable in this game. maybe is just on unranked games but seems like everyone focuses on healer and once they go down the rest of the team follows. Teams are as competitive though.
The flanks are so over powered, from talus to VII. You dont stand a chance. Oh and if there are 3 flanks forget it. Unless the teams are evenly match. Healers dont stand a chance.
@@manueldiazjr5929 I was talking about ranked and in ranked you never have more then one flank and sometimes you might not have any flanks at all. I can’t speak for vatu because I don’t have much experiance but all the other flankers are far from being op. For a character like androxus to succeed, he will need to have perfect positioning, team distraction and he will need to land all his shots to actually get a kill in the backline, and literally all of those get countered if another member of the enemy team join in to fight that androxus or if that target gets healed, espeically in the early game where someone can be burst healed and you can’t do nothing about it. Healers have allways been crucial to paladins but that holds even more true now since you can’t just force buy caut as soon as you can, and all the recently new added healers are all incredibly powerful. This is literally why two healer comp have become more relevent now because healers are at their highest peak. They can dish out massive amounts of burst heals and hell they can even dish massive amounts of damage with characters like furia who’s ult is insane. I don’t personally mind the fact that healers are that good, but it can be very annoying when you can’t bring the enemies hp down until the later rounds, so I’m glad that they’re increasing the caut charge next patch.
Wow, what a match! Sadge for the loss, and seems to happen to me often. I have been playing Rei a bit due to the trials and hadn't played her much. She is pretty strong.
Personally i don't really play overwatch anymore for alot of reasons. Blizzard being a scummy company is one of them. The game being dead and changing mcree's name for no good reason. also the balancing is in my opinion worse then paladins. All there events are just new skins and boring game modes. Honestly its a miracle anyone still actually plays that game.
@@Floridamangaming729 I didn't buy it and I don't put real money into it so I'm not supporting the company at all, since I have it anyways there's no point in not playing if I enjoy it. Idk anything about the name change but it seemed like a good idea considering who Cassidy was name after was seemingly not a good person. (Also ironic your username has a literal slur in it and your talking about blizzard being "scummy"
@@Floridamangaming729 The said hero's name has been changed because the person with that name was a former Blizzard employee who sexually assaulted a lot of people. I still play Overwatch because I find it fun. That's simple. You do not play Overwatch just because its company is dead, it's just very simple. You do not find it fun anymore. You do not have to overcomplicate everything else. Just say that you don't play it, and accept the truth that it is your opinion, and that's also the reason other people are different, including their opinion from your opinion. Hereby why people still play it because they find it fun. That's simple.
Not really surprised you lost here. Your Makoa was constantly stacking point with the Fernando. It's like he didn't even know what an offtank was supposed to do. As a result, although you had constant presence on point, the enemy was free to take all the rest of the remaining space and focus down your dps.
19:36 that's why I'm gonna keep saying rei is a mediocre healer, she is good just on bazar, but even so, when you play with randoms it doesn't matter the ult charge, some use their ult just 1 time in all game.
True, I don't know whats the problem is with using your ult, i mean i played a game where makoa wanted the "perfect timing" for the ult and never throw that shit in the whole game like.... Wtf
deft magics is so good for extension really helps reset envelop i think it doesn’t see as much attention bc stats can’t see how much u damage you reducedbut in one game i’m sure is ridiculous
genuinely miss the dog immunity on reis ult but i understand why they got rid of it,,, wish they jus nerfed her ult charge speed instead though. thanks for the video !!!
Andrew has many guides you can check out and in them he showcases builds for some of the champions he covers. You can also visit his streams and ask him questions if there's something specific you want to know
Unless u were linked, it wouldnt have worked. And i think they nerfed her so its only 75% reduction so now drogoz completely negates it im not sure tho
Her Ult now only give 50% damage immunity as far as I know. So 50% of 999,999 is still over Inaras health. It would be better to time envelope on the Inara because that reduces all damage taken to 125 or 150 (I can't remember which).
Why do tanks always stack point? Ur koa couldve done so mich more if he had just pushed and made space for nessa, put pressure on their backline and that evie
@@facupov yeah it did? Now it's not in hexagons and the ult is on the right I think. It's different to what's in the video, as that's what I remember it being like when I played ages ago.
I thought Focus was still bad. Huh I guess I gotta try it myself. I usually just go Extension bc of the range and Restraint only against double support comps and with another support in my team which is like once in a blue moon, But I have never thought Focus would be so valuable.
Focus was never bad, just hard to use. I'd argue extension is the worst talent by far, it was useless on release and even now doesn't really do much extra (the bounce is more likely to stop do to losing LOS than being too far away). It seems to make the go through walls thing happen a little more, so it has a niche use in that case, but otherwise the stronger link is just better. With max chronos the cooldown is short enough that you can case pretty much right when the previous one ended. Focus is great for damage too. The slow is so painful to deal with and because it does extra damage a link is often a death sentance for squishy enemies. Kind of like a koa hook but with a faster cooldown.
i can spam this healing while cautherize is probably gone as often as i want and i still only get a 120k :( edit: wow this ult charge generation is redicilous
Focus is just hard to use. If you struggle to link targets reliably then focus doesn't get much value (and can screw you over). If you can link reliably though, it gives tons of value. It's kind of like Atlas. A bad Atlas is just 6th enemy. He'll deny your team kills, ult enemies on point (giving them free overtime and helping them regroup), etc. But a good Atlas is extremely difficult to play into.
Paladins it's about killing right people at right time useing dps an deffance cds at right time commutation is most important on what cds up what main person to go after how long before you got cd up to burst someone it's very important communication on everything enmany position pro team rather have someone who communicate when CDs use were position of enmanys not someone who can do insane healing
it is her best talent, you give a lot of ultimate charge to your team w the card that also gives ult charge but in the heal bounce and in maps that extension is better, the best thing would be picking other support.(the only issue is w focus you need to pay attention before using the link)
@@CodyTheBlackChickenSubscribe Extension is her worst talent. It's basically just base Rei. The extra bounce distance almost never matters. Focus is really strong, but you have to be good at managing links. It's like Atlas. If you're bad at Atlas he's the worst tank in the game, but if you're good at Atlas he's arguably better than even Azaan.
@@CodyTheBlackChickenSubscribe Nah, Azaan's nerfs brought him more or less in line. He's still overtuned, but Atlas is overtuned too. And Atlas can take away Azaan's biggest strength, his mobility and sustainability combination. Without that Atlas just has his damage (which Atlas can also mostly negate).
