Its an extremely rare drop in MVM, its like a 0.001 in 200 chance of getting one, its super cool, its 1 of 3 weapons that turn your enemy into gold after killing them, the other two are the Saxxy and the Golden Wrench.
if we do some math u have something like 0.0164 chances to get a golden pan so of you do 100 tours 0.164 chances to get one or 1000 tours and you have 16.4 chances how many tours u had before?
Basically, golden frying pan is the most expensive and rarest item you can get. It's also one of the 3 weapons in the game that turn enemies into golden statues when you kill them. Pretty cool actually.
@@DennerMulling I never really played Mann vs Machine mode, but from what I can gather, there's a certain percent that you'll get a rare item, like the australium (not to be confused with gold) weapons. It's incredibly low though, and if, for example, you'd want an australium scattergun, it would be honestly easier to buy it rather than spending money on ticket tours (although playing MvM can be very fun, so the choice is up to the individual). Golden frying pan, oh boy, to be frank, you should never expect it to drop, like, never. I don't know the exact numbers, but it's probably like 0.001 or something, maybe even less. I also think that a total number of golden frying pans is limited (can be wrong though). This item is so holy, that, if the player deletes it from his inventory (basically destroying it forever), all players that are playing TF2 will receive a message that informs them of this. Experienced this myself while playing on Hightower, the whole server went crazy lol. I would say that you could just buy this thing, but, emm, just look up the prices on Steam market yourself, you'll know what I mean.

Australium weapons always are strange. Golden pans always are pks too. But, he got fire horns, which is the best pks effect, and Deadly Daffodil is imo the best color for australium weapons.
