This happened to my Husband in November, I did all the crying and I can’t adequately describe the range of emotions we went through. Everything you said in this video is so relatable except that we didn’t see it coming. I’ve never had to Praise so much in a month like I did in November. It was hard but we praised and worshipped and kept moving. God came through big time for my Husband this January and I can’t stop testifying 😊. Thanks for sharing this Adenike ❤❤❤

This resonated so much with a job I quit early last year. I toiled for that company to the detriment of nurturing my daughter(as a single mum). I walked away and God has elevated me in ways I could have never imagined. That role is a mere shadow of who I am now and where God is shaping me.

Yes nah, I have been hired and fired and life goes on still. Better and not bitter. Life goes on, here am I standing on the light of day. Yessooo.

This is so upsetting. I know this feeling so well. I'm so sorry you had to go through this. One thing God taught me and keeps teaching me is to not hesitate to walk away from any situation that steals my peace. At the end of the day, it's God that provides for us. God will definitely bring something great your way.

What I think according to all you said. From the day you started working with them they already know they won't be hiring you for a long time. it is just to promote their company. All those fault findings and complaints are just tactics to use to end your job with them. Over all I am so happy you weep all you need to do from their computer because they didn't really give you anytime to do that they think they can out smart you. They really don't know who they r dealing with. Don't let this affect you in any way don't let them steal your joy, continue what you like doing. Wish and family a wonderful year 2024. We move❤❤

Never got fired but strategically left my job of 10 years and woke up the next day Full of JOY! And God opened doors after He gave me almost a year of rest!

Sometimes without us knowing it initially, God moves us on so that we can get greater things. I never got fired, but there was a job I left willingly after working there for many years. Even though I had no immediate other thing to go to at the time, I’d had enough! So much favouritism was going on there, not being fairly rewarded for the work I did, while their favourites got endless bonuses. The day I left, it was a big relief. As I stepped outside, I felt a big breeze over my face and knew I’d done the right thing. I felt free. Shortly after that, I got another job paying so much more, with better conditions, and above all, peace of mind. I knew God had moved me higher. I’m glad you’ve attained higher heights now.

I am happy you didn't beg them. No need. It happens o. The spirit of God was with you. Boss is the permanent prisoner. You are a Victor.

Hey sis, sending you big hugs for the unpleasant experience. Asking you to leave right away is pretty standard practice because some employees can get malicious and sabotage projects and systems when they allow them remain on the premises after being fired. I work in HR and I am also a content creator. I went through a conflict of interest review process at work to determine that creating content will never pose a conflict of interest at work. Doesn't sound like the organization had any standard process in place to manage that. I am glad you are doing better now and I hope something much better opens up for you. That said, the lady was probably acting up each time you did personal things during lunch break because she felt you were taking time for work to do your own thing . Let me explain... In Nigeria, most people get paid salaries regardless of how many hours in a day they work. What that means is that lunch breaks, however long or short, are paid and technically belong to the organisation paying for one's time. Now, seeing as they knew the path you were on there shouldn't be a problem with whatever you do while on leave . I just was explaining the angle from an employer's in Nigeria . In Europe or America, where people get paid wages and most jobs have 30 mins paid lunch break and 30 unpaid depending on how many hours one works . Staff can't get "told " for doing whatever they want during unpaid break. I hope this helps someone out there. ❤

Wow! Funny how you posted this today; the day I also turned in my resignation notice. After also going through a more technical situation throughout last year, I decided that this month was the month and Today was in fact the day. Thanks to the Holy Spirit for helping me get through the minor meltdowns I have been having since making the final decision this afternoon 😂 I am so encouraged and I tap into the Grace of God that has done this and is able to do exceedingly and abundantly even beyond what I can see or comprehend now. I can relate when I was told once I did not pass probation and the news came in the middle of me going for a client meeting with no real reason and made up lies. Very distressing times and I fought for my right and eventually settled and walked away, Never have I seen such manner of unprofessionalism. In the end I knew the company was not a right fit and in a much happy place. I learnt a lot about HR laws and employee rights during this time.

I had this same experience with management about what I do during my lunch break. You know lunch was supposed to be at 1PM but i would work and work till 4PM but they were so concerned about what i did during my one hour break. I was really pained but was sure to give them a piece of my mind before i left. It is all stories today.

This happened to me last year, i loved the job but I understood quickly that it wouldn’t be long term…its insulting the way they talk to you when they want you to leave. We won!! 😊God sustained us!!

I recently resigned because I was mentally drained, the work environment was too toxic and so many other reasons. Love, I’m sorry that happened to you. But it’s not wise to add people you work with on social media at all even if you like them. Because that’s a way to give them a reason to be nosey in your personal life and to fire you just because. If one thing I learned in life working. They will fired you quickly and replace you immediately . So all your hard work and consistency didn’t mean nothing to some companies. I hope you attain better in the future.

Sadly it's sounds a little naive on your part. When companies engage someone as an employee they are not allowed to engage in any activity that competes, in any way, with what the company does. Imagine you have a business that sells wigs, you then employ someone who then sells wigs as a side hustle. That is a serious conflict of interest even if there's a genuine heart behind it.

This is so relatable. I worked in an extremely hostile environment for 6 months, and Gosh, it was horrible! I remember typing my resignation 3 months into the job and leaving it in my draft for the right time. I also remember receiving a meeting invite and just knowing that the meeting was to let me go, Ha! There was no way I was going to let these people mess with my mind for 6 months and still get the pleasure of firing me, so I immediately pulled up my draft, did some edits, and sent my resignation in the middle of the work day. I had literally just exchanged work related emails with my ex boss when I sent in the resignation. It wasn't even up to 2 hours, and I got locked out of my system😂 that was when I knew it pained my ex boss that I beat him to it! I eventually heard that he called HR yelling and cussing at her that she denied him the pleasure of firing me😂 I slept like a baby that night. The peace I felt afterwards can't be explained because that Job drained the life out of me. I lost so much weight that I had to start wearing my sister's size 6 outfits. Those were crazy times!

God is making a way and opening new doors for you IJN 🙏🏾 Please don’t take the manner in which they let you go personal, it sounds like that is the standard procedure for these things. I have witnessed 2 people being let go / made redundant in a similar manner (from 2 separate companies.) They both came in to work as normal and by lunch time they were essentially fired. Also depending on if you completed your probation period or not, they can let you go with no notice at all. There is better things to come. I pray God will take you to places where your experiences and skills are appreciated and not dimmed IJN 🙏🏾

Cos It hurt and broke me completely and my boyfriend who I was with at that time made it worse with comment like..... thank God it wasn't me they fired o. OMG! That period was horrible. I feel like God is directing me to move on from my present job. I have been experiencing all kind of problems and misfortunes in the past year. Most recently I got hit in the arm , on the train while going to work. I am now facing surgery to repair a torn muscle. Because of this I can no longer do the job effectively.

I actually remember that company actually because I never heard of them until you started working there. But God is at work in your life, He is taking you higher. Thank you for sharing your story.

Wow I just watch this. It is not a good experience. Wow I had same bad experiences when I was working with a Microfinance bank. They frustrated me. Always complaining that I don’t do my jobs. When I will be the one to bring money to the bank. I later tender my resignation letter which they rejected it. Only for me to get a sack letter from them. I took it with faith and I went to start my business. Now am doing well in my business and I went for a reality show which all of them want to associated with me. I endured alot of unprofessionalism for 2 years. I walked away after they came up with new terms of contract that was totally absurd. I am in much better place. You will find light always at the end. Thank u ,thank u ,thank u this has birthed hope in my life especially being a new year I used to work in a financial institution for 13years and someone stole alot of money using my credentials and he'll began I was treated like a criminal and chased like a dog I cried to God to vindicate me engaged lawyers the more I tried the worse the situation got I lost everything, blocked my account ,got my savings, ruined my reputation of not for my kids have felt like dieing.its been a year and today I tried picking my diary drafting what I will do for my life cos right now I want to start a construction business and yep in the process I came across your video am just hoping in years to come I will equally look back and laugh about it.
