An awkward casino moment I have had is after winning a pot, i went in to reach for the chips instead of letting the dealer push them to me. Well we both reached at the same time, instead of instantly pulling our hands away, we both looked each other in the eyes and slowly pulled our hands back. But then laughed after that nice moment.

My most awkward moment at a casino was the very first time I ever played poker at the casino. I mistakenly signed up for PLO, and when the cards were dealt to me I told the dealer they gave me too many (thinking I was at a hold em table) lol.

Mistakes happen, had it happen the other way around once. We were playing a showtime format tournament in the casino, this meant if you fold you show your cards, always. So 1 hour in the tournament we get a dealer change he deals the cards like normal but when the first player folds with his cards open he goes "what are you doing" and was very cunfused especially when the whole table started laughing. The casino forgot to tell him the tournament format (since it is basicly dealt like normal) and the table had to explain it. The first 4 hands he dealt he had a little chuckle every time someone folded face open cause of his first reaction

Hey Wolfgang! The most awkward casino moment I've had at a poker table was when I folded a suited connector UTG in an 8-handed game, and then UTG +1 raised and got 4 callers. When the BB completed I instinctively threw out my chips for a call and the dealer had to remind me I didnt even have any cards to call with at that point 😂

Leebo here. I hosted you at the Beaurivage early on, your turn to host me.😂 Awkward Moment. I was playing at Houston Card House once and a guy at the table pretty much threatened a dealer. The dealer called the floor over and told them exactly what the player said. The player denied saying it and looked at the rest of us basically wanting us to take up for him. The floor asked each of us if he said what the dealer told him he said. We all said, yes it was about exact. Then that player was trying to pretty much pick a fight with everyone at the table. He got escorted out. He did it to him self and wanted to blame everyone else. Class act.

Hey Wolfgang! Yeah some people can’t get out of their own ways sometime…seemed like a power move for sure by the floor manager. An awkward casino moment for me has to be when I first started I had a guy sit in the position next to me and he kept constantly moving his chair closer to me and kept like pushing his elbow against me and eventually would like shove me over. I think it happened to in a previous vlog! I asked the guy nicely to move but he wouldn’t so the floor manager had to make him move, so awkward. Happy holidays bud!

Lets GO! Merry Wolfmas. A few weeks ago I witnessed an altercation at another table were one player kept antagonizing another, finally one was asked to rack up and leave, security was trying to get him to leave and a third player came to sit at our table to avoid the situation.

Personally havent played in our casinos poker room yet as im newer and just starting to learn the deeper fundamentals of poker so sticking to smaller tournament play until i can get myself more experience and feel more comfortable going into cash play. Love the content and its vloggers like yourself who im watching daily that got me into wanting to learn more about poker strategies rather than just playing here and there so thank you for that!

An awkward moment happened to me when I first started playing. I saw all the players on tv wearing sunglasses so of course I had to wear a pair. I stopped at a gas station on the way in to get a pair. At the table I was calling a large raise when one of my lenses fell out of the cheap sunglasses right as the chips were crossing the line. The dealer wouldn’t let me have my lens back until the hand was over. I lost so I had to ask the guy who scooped the pot for my lens back.

Merry Wolfmas!! I haven't had a ton of awkward casino moment s. The funniest one is when I was in vegas walking the strip and a girl commented as she passed saying she liked my shirt, but I just ignored her. Then she started to call me names and yell at me as I kept walking away. The wife and I got a good laugh out of it when it happened. The other awkward casino moments would be when a tourney playing verbal berated another player and then he had to be escorted out.

Haven’t had many awkward Casino moments but one that definitely sticks out is playing in at the Cherokee in NC and having a guy lose all his chips and then continue to stand up and scream while stomping around the entire floor. He eventually left but had everyone on edge the whole time 😅

An awkward time at the casino was when me and my buddy's were playing 1/2 in Harrahs AC and my friend fell off the chair in the middle of a big hand and the guy that picked him up had this funny looking sock on. So, the topic of conversation for the next two hours wasn't how I called a bluff with pocket 10s but the sock.

Most awkward was at Foxwoods… really big casino and apparently a lot of regulars. I was on a wait list but every time I went to a table when I was called, there was someone that just sat down and was saying “hi” to the dealers and even to the floor guy… that happened 3 times and I just ended up leaving after having a big argument with the floor guy.

Never had an awkward casino moment like that, but my favorite casino moment was playing 3/6 limit in Tahoe at around 3am when a drunk guy sat down with $300 and I felted him in his first hand. He thought he was playing blackjack and when action came to him he said ‘stand’. I flopped a FH and so did he. He had AJ off and I had aces. On the last street I had to confirm with the floor that raises were uncapped on the river so just kept raising him until all his money was in my stack.

I haven't had any really awkward casino moments myself, as I haven't been to that many, however something that was a little awkward was that in my first poker tournament in a casino, I wasn't used to announcing raises verbally, I just put in more chips. However, apparently that was seen as just a call! So there were a few spots where I wanted to raise, but ended up accidentally calling instead.

This past summer I stoped at a casino on the border of Oklahoma and Texas. I sit down at the table and after ONE hand 3 people put in a seat change, and when they did they looked directly at me like I was the reason for the change. An awkward situation actually happened to me the other day, I was playing 1/2 and flopped a jack high straight, another player and I get to the river and he asks me how much I have left and grabs a handful of chips to put me all in, I snap call with the nuts and the player says his chips did not cross the line. The dealer calls the floor and says it was a call but it was just an awkward moment for the other player and myself for him trying angle me. Love the videos!

Hi Wolfgang. Yeah, that was awkward what happened to you. My awkward moment was when I was dealing and there was an all in at 2 seat 2 and seat 9 was tanking and eventually called but it was barely audible. The floor was called and I had to explain the situation before the floor manager took a decision. It was very awkward because only myself and 1 other than the heard it.

One of my first times at a casino I had a pretty awkward casino moment. I was playing with this one guy at a blackjack table for about an hour. then this other person comes behind him and taps him on the shoulder and he immediately grabs his chips and leaves. Not thinking anything of it I continue to play until I look up and see a 3 way fight break out between the two and one other person. The real awkward part was security letting them beat the crap out of each other for about 10 minutes before a random person decided to try and break it up.

More than 1 hand later a table mate called the neighbor as the winner and we had to wait 30 min for the floor to review the footage before we could continue play. The player didn’t even think he won

only awkward casino moment i’ve was someone had a few too many drinks and was misdealt an ace that the whole table saw so the dealer burned the card and he was just not having it talking about how he wanted the ace

My most awkward situation was also my first ever visit at a card house. We were playing really low stakes (like $.50/$.50). First hand and flipped trips with a decent kicker. Guy goes all in, I call and he obviously lose. He started a fight with the security and shouted towards me „we‘ll see each other outside!!“ 😅

One time at the casino the power went out and we had to wait for it to come back on to get our money. Once the power came back on our machine wouldn’t power back on. Was an awkward casino moment as we ended up having to wait almost 45 more minutes to get our money back so we continue to play.

The awkward casino moment was when i was at choctaw casino, i was at a table with a dude who seemed to be tilted. I play a hand w him and i flop a set. I raise he calls. The turn is a dud. I jam all in and he seems pissed. He then decides to throw his chips into the pile with quite a bit of force and it was crazy. The floor comes and escorts him out.
