I feel like a twin turbo ZR1 build would just be a different path to the same end result. You'll end up with similar power and top speeds as the current ZR1. I would continue building the C6 as the as a monster straight line racer then go out of the box and make this ZR1 a road course car. It would be cool to see how much you could push yourself and the car to turn cool lap times, then swap suspension & tire combinations to see what works. Maybe you could eventually trailer it behind the RV you are talking about getting and just hit up different road courses all over the country.
I think everyone would like to see something fresh and exciting, like a real drag strip. Enough of the "Mexican" content, enough of the same build over and over, enough of the give away cars. If Matt from Demo and Brent from PFI can come from Texas and Colorado for events and stuff i cant see why Mike cant make the drive, be part of a bigger motoring community. It is starting to get stale. Build a Burnout car, a dragster, a low rider truck with 1000HP, a horse drawn car and race Amish, something different please. Please set an example and stop racing on the roads, you have a duty to be better, try. Sorry for the Rant, love the channel just know it could be so much better.
I have that color on my trail boss and it’s amazing. Blue in the light but at night it looks gray. That’s such a special car it might be worth keeping it stock given its the top end and last of the front engine corvettes. No matter what you do I will keep watching!
Somebody did a compound setup on a C6 ZR1 many years ago. It made somewhere between 1300-1500whp. It was a Jet Stream Blue. It might've been out in the middle east IIRC. Never found out what happened to it.
Compound with supercharger and turbos almost never works correct . The supercharger is either a restriction cation for turbos or turbos are restriction for supercharger . Just two turbos and if you want more power put bigger turbos .
I hate being honest bc i love your videos but i hate the lambo content lol nothing excites me more than you building high hp corvettes or american cars even miss the lifted truck content
There is no doubt in my mind that you should grab that ZR1 up and trade the Lambo. The Shadow Gray color is awesome and with the blue calipers and stitching that C7 is off the charts beautiful. What a car. I actually like this car even more than the black one.
I like the occasional exotic coming onto the channel every so often, but the core is and has always been Corvettes. I've been watching since the first yellow C7 and it is a no brainer, as the spec of this ZR1 is just perfect for the car. All of the little things, like the complementing colors of the logo and calipers just bring it all together. A TT build would be great to see. On the Z06, yes, the yellow caps 100 percent complete the look and I do love the steering yoke. It should really be an OEM option from GM, as it looks so much better than the stock one and add just fits the ethos of the car. Every time I see it, it reminds me of Darth Vader's Tie Fighter.
Honestly c7 zr1 probably gonna be my dream car my whole life, ever since the first time you showed one on the videos. c7 is already so sick and to get the extra aggressiveness of the zr1 without even talking about the power difference oh baby. That color is great too. Can totally see them keeping value over the years
I love the Lambo and would drive the hell out of it if I could afford the gas and insurance to do so...but Holy crap that car was beautiful and I already know how amazing you are going to make it. ❤️
For your channel the ZR1 makes total sense BUT a vette driving down the road will never get the wow factor of a Lambo. IMO. That shark grey, I mean shadow grey is epic.

I attend a lot of car shows with my C7 Z06 with the Z07 performance package. My vette is winning trophies even when competing against the new C8’s. People still love the previous generation.
I think you trade the lambo on it. You can tell the excitement in your voice around it. Buy another lambo down the line for a build but that car is definitely one to keep in the collection
The aggressive style of the corvette makes me love that over the lambo and the lambo is played out a bit. I’d also prefer to see a twin turbo build vs your c6
Honestly neither make sense. You’ve had 3-4 C7 ZR1s now? The one to keep was that VIN#2 orange manual you had or whatever crazy production number that was. You’ll build this one to similar power and then boom, you’ve got another repeat project. If the C6 ZR1 is gonna be your “fastest nastiest” car yet, what sense does it make getting another C7? I would just sell the Lamb if it doesn’t do it for you and keep the spot open for the C6 when it gets back. Put that money into the business or the house you’re building or even a way more different car.
I love corvette content. Most people can't relate to a Lambo. I personally have a yellow corvette . Your Og videos hooked me . Keep it up mike . Your living the dream

Mike you need to get that ZR1 and twin charge that thing !!!! Stock supercharger with twin turbos that way you don't get the turbo lag !!!! It would be absolutely sick !!!!
Mike you have always been a Corvette guy. The Lamborghini is a cool car, but it is no SVJ. Do not waste money on a Lamborghini build that you won’t get the money back for the content. The ZR-1 is epic! Perfect color, rare, and you know you want it. Just get it.
(Personally) I would take the Huracan all day long. Even a ZR1 doesn't give me the feeling a lamborghini gives. That being said for the channel the ZR1 makes alot more sense. Everyone watching are car guys but they can still be separated in 3 sub categories Exotics, JDM and American Muscle. Thought the DDE comment was spot on lol
As much as I would love to see an all-out C7 ZR1 build, I think that car is too pristine to do anything to... And besides it would lose value after you do so and it would also cost a bunch of money so it's going to be a very much of a losing proposition.
I love the exotic content thats what I tune in for I might be the minority in your audience but I legitimately only have time to watch a few videos daily, and will only tune in to Lamborghini and similar exotic style content
I would like to see the lambo stay for the matching colour garage. Plus, you'll have 3 corvettes at once otherwise. And they'd all be quite similar if not modified in the right way. If you do look back the last time you had a lambo, the views still did well with the SVJ. Personally, I'd like to see an aggressively built Huracan(wide body, big spoiler, and twin turbo) if not look at something completely different like a Lambo Steratto
I’m a car guy, through and through, but my LOVE is for corvettes. C7 is also in my opinion one of the most beautiful corvettes! Lambos are wicked cool and would love one, but, gotta go with the corvette bro!
This car is beautiful! I personally maintained/inspected and driven this car. At a local shop here in Mt joy. It was always a head Turner. Shes a rare beauty! I will surely miss it. Still has the assembly team signatures on the bottom of it.
The C7 ZR1 is one of the best-looking cars, in my opinion. The Shadow Grey looks amazing. Don't get me wrong blacks cool but you kinda loose a bit of the body lines in all the black. I say do a twin turbo build on that ZR1!
I would love to see a zr1 on the channel to do a build with!! I ALSO WANT THE RAPTOR TO BE ABLE TO REDEEM ITSELF!! Maybe the raptor R?? Not even a fire fan just would love to see if it crumbles like your other raptor
I love my little 1.8L 6 speed auto Cruze. It replaces a 1997 Commodore Wagon which was falling apart. Mike needs to return the drag strip, at least in a few Vid's. I'ld stick with the Lambo.
Awesome color man. I have the same color on my Tahoe RST and I absolutely love it. Initially I was going for black and this was an order that was canceled and I took it anyway and there are no regrets. The metallic just makes it pop. Go with it.
