CFA candidate or regular candidate doesn’t matter…Whatever the process of the company is will be followed. Most finance companies do have an aptitude test but there are also many who straight up follow the apply, shortlist method.

Schweser books are available in some local shops (specially if it’s a metro city so any good and well known stationary shop should have it). Also available on Amazon if I am not wrong. Institute material soft copy is not legally available anywhere hence it’s advised to print your materiel and spiral bind it

Hey Manas, First of all thank you for being so respectful with the feedback, it’s truly something I appreciate. Having said that I think my point was not well conveyed…What I was trying to say is just because I mentioned I was doing CFA L2…not only did the questions get more technical but also I was suddenly expected to be at par with someone who had a good amount of experience…The point I wanted to convey is with the pros there also are cons because suddenly you are expected to know more which can also lead to ulta nervousness as it did to me. P.S. Yes sometimes we need to make the thumbnail sound interesting but that too can be done with making sure the point is conveyed in the video, which I’ll be more mindful of.
