Ambrosia, the liquid you passed by, is a very good liquid. You can find out what it does next time you come across it. In my last piece of advice, I stated that maybe, perhaps, you should take a look around if you have time to. I think honestly, this should actually be your next main goal, and less of a thing to do in your off time. Up to you though.
That's very nice to see someone discover the game. Keep experimenting, there are so many things you can do in there. Spend some time combining spells, weapon side the spells with trigger and timer are very special. Go mix potions, dig some holes and mix stuff at random. Hine your skills, look around, watch out for symbols and have fun !
Nice to see another noita vid! Yeah somehow you managed to win before getting a run like this which is very unusual, normally you'd expect to have dozens of these deaths before even a single win. On the plus side, now you know the lumi drill + add mana combo, and you might even be able to extend the range with a third spell.... Anyway now that you've won, now's the time to explore. Try going left at the start, or if you can get over the mountain try going right. Go places you haven't been. Go to every edge of the biomes like the mines, coal pits, etc. The game at first glance is linear, but once you KNOW, it's anything but. Grab a teleport bolt if you can, really helps with the travel.

No, Chainsaw completely removes Cast Delay for all spells in the cast group, which is similar but different. You may need other things to reduce the Recharge Time. Chainsaw by itself is -0.17s to the Recharge Time as well wherever it is on the wand. A cast group is when you use something like Triple Spell that casts three projectiles at once. You normally want the Chainsaw at the end of the group since other spells can add Cast Delay.
