Jess and I took a road trip this weekend through the rolling hills of Tennessee to try our luck fishing for stripers at Watts Bar Dam. And while we hard time getting the striper to bite, I did manage to catch a variety of fish, with a few surprises along the way!

Would have preferred some striper in the mix, but I heard from a reliable source that it's been a tough striper season for everyone (including the guides), so I didn't feel too bad.

Thanks... I find livescope to be a blessing and a curse. It really helps me to cut down on time I spend fishing water without fish. At the same time, I find that my frustration levels spike when I have a lot (or large) fish on the livescope, yet can't get them to bite for the life of me. Oh well, that's fishing!
