3:37:29 random info : crystalians are one of only two ennemies in the game whose poise regen is different than the standard 13 per second. Rick, Soldier of God has like a 99 poise per second regen (so basically you have to deal poise damage equal or greater than his poise value in one go if you want to break it, it won't accumulate), and crystalians just... don't regen poise at all, the idea being that poise break is necessary to break them and do more than dogshit damage to them, so it would be too annoying if their poise could reset (especially when fighting pre‑nerf duo or trio...)
Hey Aggy regarding your question how lucky it was to get the same sorcery in 3 consecutive runs I ran a quick simulation of ~200 million. You need on average 190 runs to get 3 in a row with one specific sorcery. Idk how many of these randomizer no hit runs you've done so here's a little table of the likelihood of getting 3 consecutive runs with that sorcery at least once in that amount of runs (simulated, not calculated, so the numbers aren't 100% exact): Runs | Chance 10 | 4.3% 20 | 9.2% 30 | 14% 50 | 22% 100 | 40% 150 | 54% 200 | 65%
Posting PBs or close to succes vods for challenge runs like this is so cool, I dont see many people doing it and I really hope Aggy does it more often if he can ! Gives vods frogs more content and something to look forward to, I'm really hyped to see a WR or a true 0 hit run :D
@@Symthisis Or even just reading the title, or paying attention to the stream. Every other question is shit like "Is this randomized?" "Do you change seeds every run?" "What was the hit (asked 3 seconds after the hit happened)"
As an enjoyer of both the Styx games, where you play a little thieving goblin, as well as Hellblade, where you play a schizophrenic pictish warrior, the idea of a Gollum game really sounds like it has great potential, both gameplay wise as well as atmospheric story-telling wise. Then again, though, that means nothing. And the reviews are godawful.
1:08:13 I'll be honest, the fights are great, but all the strategizing is what keeps me coming back to these runs. Love hearing how someone this good at the game picks and chooses how to do it.
That first hit was really dumb and it is caused by a bug, but really if we're being strict it's on you for choosing to use that shortcut in a no-hit run, knowing that the bug exists. I know it's way faster than going around but it has the risk of bugging out and killing you.
A no hit run, but the number of hits taken is the number of free hits the bosses get when you enter the arena (you can’t attack, you can negate damage any way possible, but those specific hits don’t count against you).
1:17:38 Epitome. I read it as Ep-ih-tome until like halfway through college. I had heard the word said out loud, but didn't realize it was the same word :D
27" 1440p monitors are all what you need (or ultrawide with similar ppi). I Upgraded from 24" 1080 to 27" 1440p and it`s super cool. Like in any aspect: gaming, text, videos and it`s just more screeen space. Like now I can place 3 windows in columns and they all will be readable and usable. Also big plus is refresh rate above 60Hz. Even moving windows on desktop feels much better
well, if you set up comet azure properly you can kill mohg before nihil. just needs lusats glintstone staff (which you dont have) terra magica and graven mass/school talisman. and preferable also the magic spiked crystal tear with cerulean hidden tear. that is plenty to kill mohg with comet azure before he even gets to start nihil.
(around 59:00 (don't have the exact timestamp)) I'm pretty certain nothing ever stacks additively in Souls games. There might be exceptions, but I don't think I've ever heard of one. Stuff eithers stacks multiplicatively or doesn't stack at all.
honestly that rock was messed up, like I swear I heard torrent's footsteps on the rock, and torrent was doing a walking animation, which one would think means the character is, you know, on the ground?
Just to comment on the Zelda topic, huge fan myself. A lot of us that got it release day and binged have got through a casual playground outside of just collecting items and upgrading things. Basically completely past the point of spoilers and content hungry. Just watched small ants challenge run earlier today.
Twitch complaining about server costs when they don't store streams for anyone for more than 60 days, 30 days for non-partners. Don't allow anyone, even partners, to stream at high bit-rates and resolutions. Don't give transcoding to anyone besides partners. Don't allow uploads over specific bitrates, then down sample them significantly. The list goes on. By comparison, as a non-monetized* verified channel on RU-vid you can upload and stream at any supported quality and birate for any length (though all streams over 12 hours don't have working VODs still). Heck, this channel is a perfect example of where Twitch fails and RU-vid exceeds. Twitch would delete this forever, RU-vid will store it forever**. I literally have a 5+ year archive of streams at 1440p 12,500 kbps or higher with full transcoding at time of streaming thanks to RU-vid. Twitch would max at 1080p 6500 kbps. Yet the lack of kekw and pogchamps means RU-vid live gaming streams just haven't caught on unless you already have a viewer base on Twitch. It's frustrating when you enjoy making and watching higher quality content like that. But hopefully the recent advancement of AV1 helps improve Twitch with its better encoding quality. Unless they decide to reduce bitrate caps for AV1 streams like some dingus. *RU-vid technically monetizes all channels now. They actually used to give adsense to EVERY channel without requirements. I made a whole $0.25 in those days, but you can't cashout till $100. **Forever being the companies lifetime, and given they don't change the terms or randomly get trigger happy with the channel deletion button which they made legally easier a while back with a terms of service change. So there's precedent for changes given the massive amount of data influx and storage is mind-boggling.
every time I watch one of these videos it makes me want to play the game, but then I'm reminded of all the open world bs I would have to slog through and I'm immediately turned away from the idea of it.
I think Harry Potter: Kreacher is closer to Gollum than Hedwig ;) all you do is clean up after Harry and complain about him. Actually... still sounds better than Gollum given whats happened now it's out... :) Oh, and frsutrating as it is... 1:21:00 you really shouldn't take known bugged shortcuts on a no hit run attempt... that thing kills me so often ;)
You probably should count that death, BUT, you should consider make an edit in your real edited video explaining bullshit like this... idk something to think about.
I really don't understand that first one counting as a "hit", it was just fall damage, which even if it is a death, I don't see that as a hit in a no hit run. No hit runs imo should just be not being hit by any enemies or bosses. Any other hits or death shouldn't matter,
Deaths are always hits. That's true in no-hit runs for almost any game out there. That's like saying "I don't understand why it has to be glitchless...that's not taking a hit!" No, but it's still part of the rules.
Sure. Just go ahead and get that build online consistently in a randomizer, you clown. You can't know where the items you need are, nor which boss Mohg will be.
@@CrownlessStudios Go kill Old Sick Dragon 20 times and be huge overleveled even in radomizer. This is not patched even in 1.09. With that amount of levels You can defeat Mohg before Nihil with several builds. With a bit of luck You can find some weapon's to do that if this is really needed. Just exit arena if You found him too early. That is it. Simple.
